I recently stayed at this hotel again and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations once more time .The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room itself was a haven of modernity and relaxation. The decor was chic and stylish, with a cozy ambiance that made me never want to leave. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Overall, my stay at this hotel was extremely pleasant and I felt that it offered great value for the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is modern, very clean, and located in a calm and peaceful area. One of the receptionists,Fikret speaks Arabic fluently and was exceptionally helpful, and friendly—he not only helped us find a taxi to our destination but also offered us tea, and many tips, making us feel very welcome. He made a special effort to answer all our questions about transportation in the area, providing clear and detailed guidance. I want to express my gratitude to anoyher receptionist Ahmed, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. He has good English skills and dedication to assisting clients . I had an issue with my credit card, and he spent over an hour trying multiple tools to resolve it, showcasing remarkable professionalism. A special thanks to Gülay, who ensured everything was perfectly clean and comfortable . She knocked on the door every morning to check if I needed anything.The entire team was extremely friendly, communicative, and attentive to client needs, making the experience even better.

The metro station is conveniently close, but do keep in mind that Şişli has some steep slopes, which might make carrying luggage a bit challenging. In such cases, taking a taxi is a more practical option..

The staffs! They were so kind, accommodating and assisted us from changing our booking dates, to airport transfer, ordering food delivery, and even called a taxi because it was raining. They are really great and they made sure everything that was covered. The rooms are being properly cleaned everyday.

The location was a bit far to Taksim Square, you have to take a taxi otherwise walking is not a good option. A nearby bus stop was there but you have to climb the stairs and walk again uphill to reach it. The rooms are not that sound proof, if other rooms in our floor slams/closed their doors - our door was shaking and we can hear it loudly.

The rooms are little bit smaller than usual but enough if you don't spend a lot of time in the hotel. Also the location is excellent but the street is below the level of the main street so there are alot of stairs and going up the hill like movement when going to Şişli or Taksim and down when returning to the hotel with public transportation or foot but if you take only Taxi or you are good athletes and enjoy a little bit exercise then absolutely no problem

It is close to TAXIM square, the central square of Istanbul. New construction, very clean, no noises from outside, cars etc. Temperature very good. All personel was good. I can t forget a receptionist, Imbrahim is his name, who was very very helpful, from arranging a taxi to take me from the airport and in many other ways. He gave me his whats up and was so responsive to calls and messages. He spoke english too, which was prerequisite for any communication.

I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Ahmed at the front desk upgraded my room for free. It was incredibly kind of him, and he was very friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is new, modern, and impeccably clean.

I'd read some negative reviews about this hotel, but I can't believe they're referring to the same place I'm staying in. If those reviews were accurate, the management must have taken steps to address the issues.

Its my second stay and despite the staff has changed but seems the management keep hiring a great staff, people are always helpful and trying to support. the hotel location is perfect as its close to metro station, bus stations, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. also there is a close Gym for those who are looking. beside that the location is very quite.

I often come to istanbul, it's my first time in this part of Istanbul and I stayed in the best hotel. I am delighted with the hotel, cleanliness, which is the most important thing for me. The cleanest and most modern hotel I've ever stayed in as far as Istanbul is concerned. Modern and very similar to hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I choose this hotel next time too! See you!

Modern, clean and nicely designed rooms. The staff were oh so friendly and super helpful in helping us navigate the city, transportation and language. They even arranged for us to get our laundry done. I highly recommend this place. Be prepared to walk a lot of hills to get anywhere. We appreciated the work outs but it’s not for everyone.

Although we had a very nice non-smoking room, they seemed to have allowed smoking in other rooms on the same floor.

Very clean & the staff are exceptionally helpful & polite.

The location is not convenient given the hotel is at a lower level than the Main Street. So, to go to anywhere on foot you either need to climb lots of steps or take a steep street uphill to reach the Main Street where the public transportation & stores are located.
