We stayed at Nour Suite & Residence for one week and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable short or long stay — the reality fully matches the description. The room is cozy and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking. The host is kind, welcoming and speaks English well, which made communication easy. The location is also convenient, with Osmanbey metro station just a few minutes' walk away. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Nour Suite & Residence to anyone visiting the city!

It is 5 minute walk from the south exit of Osmanbey metro station and 5 minute walk from the Harbiye Askeri Müze bus stop. I changed at Gayrettepe station and was able to travel between the hotel and Istanbul Airport by metro in about 1.5 hour. The bus service was reduced several times during my stay, so it was very helpful to be near the metro. There is a slope from the hotel to the metro exit, but it is possible to carry a suitcase and it is much better than other places in Istanbul. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, pots, frying pans, electric kettle, plates, spoons, forks, knives, and even Turkish cay glasses, so I was able to cook simple meals in the room. And I used the washing machine with dryer. The owner was kind enough to help me with any problems or questions I had in the room. The exterior of the hotel was a little difficult to find, so I think it would be better to message them in advance and let them know your approximate arrival time.

The receptionist was a very good man, he helped us to find parking and made sure that our car is safe. He came right away to help us open the door when it got a bit stuck, he saw it on the security cameras and came without us having to ask for help, such a considerate person! The location was really good, near Osmanbey, lots of cute restaurants and shops.

It was on a noisy street due to lots of scooters driving around but we managed to get sleep and overall, for this price, I would go again if I need a short stay in Istanbul.

The room was exactly as shown in the picture. Good size bed, room it has all staff that you need to prepare food and laundry equipment etc. What lovely staff members, Maher, the receptionist, and Amera, the cleaner , they tried their best to help. Thank you for the hospitality. Definitely, I will book with them again .

Everything was great and had all the amenities of a home. The access to the metro and shops was good. The hotel receptionist, Mr. Maher, was very friendly and kind. If I travel to Istanbul again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.🥰

Its good residence the reception at the top ( 8th floor ) the manager MR Raslan is really polite and respectful person . every flour has one studio Clothes washing machine was helpful . I could prepare my own breakfast my self . Taksi always available. Metro is neer . Exelant Clean services comes under requesting .

Hopefully they change : Windows are not anti noises The carpet it has alots of spots .

All was perfect, if i come back to Istanbul, will consider this hotel, satisfied with everything, good place to relax.
