Location, cleanliness, staff

Ordered one double bed but got two single beds attached to each other, it was not comfortable during sleep, even the mattress is not good, it seems too old. Mattress need to be renewed

I recently stayed at Arts Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Bugra Hanım, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. That being said, the warm hospitality and great service, especially from Bugra bey, made our stay enjoyable. He was super kind and made our stay feel better. With some upgrades, this hotel has the potential to be even better!

However, the hotel itself could use some improvements. The building feels a bit old, and the cleanliness was not at the level I expected. A little more attention to maintenance and housekeeping would make a big difference.

The hotel is super well located with the Cevahir Shopping Mall 2kms to the left and Istiklal 2kms to the right. Taking a taxi to almost all attractions is quick and convenient. The staff were super helpful from the host to the cleaners. We left a package behind in a taxi and they were quick to assist and recover our shopping. The hotel offers airport transfer and the breakfast buffet was always great. Would definitely recommend this hotel especially to families.

The gym was not so great, I am a fitness person and could not do much in the gym. We would have to call the room to refill water which I would assume was a daily task someone would do, although this was not really a huge issue as such. The curtains in the one room didn't always draw to the end and so in the morning the sun would be entering into the room which was rather frustrating.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and we continue to be impressed by its perfect location. Ersin, the manager, provided exceptional assistance throughout our visit. Each morning, he greeted us with a warm smile and was always ready to address our concerns and questions regarding transportation options, whether we needed a taxi or preferred to use the metro. His guidance was invaluable. Elif consistently brightened our days with her cheerful demeanour. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Husein and Turan for their support during our stay. A special thank you goes to Burak Kaya, who was attentive every evening, checking in to see if we needed any assistance. On our final day, he kindly offered us drinks and ensured we had a taxi arranged, staying with us until it arrived to prevent any confusion. Overall, we experienced excellent customer service, which greatly enhanced our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit memorable.

The hotel overall was amazing. Clean and the room was larger than i expected! They brought us a plate full of fruits as a welcome! Which was amazing as well. But what made it exceptional is the staff. Mr. Burak, Mrs. Ilkay and Mr. Taner were amazing! I will definitely come to this hotel again in every single future visit to istanbul. Also during the checkout my baby was fossy and they took here and knew how to soothe her. I was amazed watching them being helpful, kind, and respectful.

I had a wonderful stay at Arts Hotel Harbiye. The hotel is very clean, safe, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and professional, and I especially want to thank Mr. Burak Kaya for his outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and even assisted me with my luggage and taxi when I was leaving. His kindness and professionalism made my experience even better.

The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Burak at reception he gave us all information we needed and made sure we were happy with the room we stayed in. He made us feel very welcome so thank you Burak.

The pool was cold and the sauna and steam room weren’t effective so we barely used the spa. Also got a medical massage but wasn’t very relaxing.

The location, the reception staff especially borak & aysha, the price is great.

One of the portars, not ahmet, the other guy, was a bit rude due to language barriers, i think they should always keep a smile especially when a tip is offered. No need to freak out when i asked for his name!

This is my second stay at this hotel and I was not disappointed. The location is the best, both for taxi/ and walking to Nisantasi and around. The room was big enough, everything met my expectations. This time I tried the Spa - specifically the massage . Unfortunately don’t remember her name, but the massage was perfect. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide range menu, which is very good. Reception front guys were friendly and nice.
