Everything about Bird Nest Suites exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine hospitality and a level of service that made us feel right at home. The staff are incredibly welcoming and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Hasan, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He regularly checked in on us and offered help with everything from local recommendations to practical arrangements—his kindness truly elevated our experience. The rooms are immaculate! Spotlessly clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed to offer a sense of calm and comfort. The interiors strike a perfect balance between modern elegance and homely warmth. The space is surprisingly generous, allowing for a very comfortable stay. We also felt very secure throughout our time there, as the building’s security measures were clearly taken seriously. The location couldn’t be better. Situated in a safe and vibrant area, the hotel is within walking distance of everything you might need. Whether you’re looking for a cozy café, a lively pub, a high-quality restaurant, or a quick snack from a bakery or fast food joint—it’s all just steps away. Pharmacies and a mini-market are also close by, adding to the convenience. Bird Nest Hotel offers an ideal combination of comfort, location, and outstanding service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

There is nothing I did not like. I would prefer the lighting in the rooms to be brighter. Just installing more powerful lamps would do the job. Other than that, all is perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful new property, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the sleek, modern design and the attention to detail throughout the space. The interiors are bright, airy, and thoughtfully decorated—everything felt brand new and incredibly clean. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to the buses, metro and essentials. What truly made this stay special, though, was the staff especially Hasan the manager. His communication was prompt and helpful, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. If you’re looking for a relaxing, stylish getaway with all the modern comforts, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is new and looks exaclty as in the pictures. Most importantly, it is clean. We were glad to find a complimentary basket of sweets and snacks, along with 2 bottles of water in the fridge. A nice gesture that was well appreciated. The hotel is 2-3 minutes away from the metro and bus stations. It is right behind Ramada as you exit the metro station. There are many restaurants close by. The staff is helpful and made sure we had a lovely stay.

This is not something that we did not like, but it is useful to know: if you want housekeeping, you need to ask for it. You can say if you need a change of towels, extra toilet paper or for the trash to be taken out.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. The room was clean, well-equipped, and matched the photos. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The location is perfect, with the metro station nearby, plus plenty of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Coming from a cold place, Istanbul's temperature was warm for us. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was still set to heating mode. We couldn't open the windows for fresh air because of the constant noise from the street. It would be great if the hotel could provide an option for guests to control the room temperature, allowing them to adjust it to cool or warm settings as needed.

The hotel was located in a great area. It’s just a few minutes away from Osmanbey train station. It’s also surrounded by small and big groceries and restaurants. The hotel itself feels new and/or well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning and water heater worked well. Wifi was fast and consistent so it’s good if you need to do some remote work. They also provide a small basket of snacks when you check in and it allows you to try out some local snacks. They also allowed me to leave my luggage for a couple of days since I flew to Cappadocia.

Given the property’s location, it could be a bit noisy with the cars passing by. There’s also a few oddly placed things in the room I stayed at like a hanging lamp blocking a cabinet’s door.

Clean and seemingly very new property. Well equipped unit. Location is very good in terms of proximity to Osmanbey Metro, and a lively area. The size of the unit is very good as well and generally comfortable to stay in. For larger families looking for apatment type setups, its a good option.

There is alternate day housekeeping/cleaning instead of daily, which was my biggest concern. When booking, I had checked in the list of facilities and it mentioned daily cleaning. Also the late check out facility as such wasn't of benefit if its just an hour.

The hotel was beyond amazing in every way, it actually exceeded my expectation. The location is perfect. It’s exactly 8-10 mins walk to Nissantissi, 5 mins walk to Osamnbey. The metro station is just around the corner. The neighborhood is lively. Supermarkets and local restaurants are 2 mins away. The hotel has perfect safety measures as well. Our suite was just as it’s described with cozy architecture. The customer service was superb, especially Hassan at the front desk, he was very helpful with a friendly attitude. WiFi super fast :) I would highly recommend it

Nothing at all

Brand new hotel that has rooms similar to studio style. Each room has a kitchen and a living room with a lot of amenities ( see photos attached). The place is very clean, the staff are very kind and helpful. The prices are extremely better than other places. Good water pressure and good heater. The place has an AC that works for cooling and heating as well. Supermarket next to it and a cafe on the ground floor. I strongly recommend this place.

Only small issue of noise from the street and this is an issue in almost all hotels in Istanbul.
