Clean and fresh, newly constructed apartments on ideal location near the to Nishantashi and Taskim. We love it.

Room cleaning not everyday.

We had a great family stay, booking three rooms. The staff were super helpful—when one room had a Wi-Fi issue, the hotel’s IT person came even over the weekend to fix it. Rooms were well-furnished with all essentials, including a kitchenette, and a nice touch was the welcoming snack box in each room. The location is very convenient—just 3 minutes to Osmanbey metro and about 16–17 minutes to Taksim. The neighbourhood felt safe and lively, with lots of shops, cafés, and good transport links.

One minor downside: occasionally, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, likely due to the area being an older residential zone—not really the hotel’s fault, but worth noting.

Nice modern hotel. Very clean and the staff are so helpful and pleasant; Hassan the manager in particular. They was always someone available whenever you need them. The kitchen is well stocked so you have the option of cooking meals. If you want to eat out there is a great variety of restaurants very close by and reception can help direct you. You are also close to a metro stop, supermarkets and shopping so great location. Feels safe too. The internet is great too. Would not hesitate in coming back.

Everything was really great. What would make it even more excellent especially for people on long stays, is if they had a gym/fitness centre on site and a washing machine.

1. Staff: Front office staff was suberb. From Hasan to Cem to Ercan to all the others, they were friendly, professional, and ready to assist you in any way possible. 2. Units: Quaint little nicely appointed suites that have everything you may need for your stay. 3. Location: in a hustling neighborhood with so many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Mero station is steps away to take you to all the sites.

Note to owner: There is ONLY one small weak AC unit for the suite that certainly CANNOT handle the summer heat of Istanbul. You must seriously consider adding another AC unit in the second room. Furthermore, having the AC unit on a timer that switches off automatically at 4 AM is not cool, you can do better. Houskeeping: they are good, but they need to be reminded to clean your room as they sometimes forget.

Everything about Bird Nest Suites exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine hospitality and a level of service that made us feel right at home. Spotlessly clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed to offer a sense of calm and comfort. The interiors strike a perfect balance between modern elegance and homely warmth. The space is surprisingly generous, allowing for a very comfortable stay. We also felt very secure throughout our time there, as the building’s security measures were clearly taken seriously. The location couldn’t be better. Situated in a safe and vibrant area, the hotel is within walking distance of everything you might need. Whether you’re looking for a cozy café, a lively pub, a high-quality restaurant, or a quick snack from a bakery or fast food joint—it’s all just steps away. Pharmacies and a mini-market are also close by, adding to the convenience. Bird Nest Hotel offers an ideal combination of comfort, location, and outstanding service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

There is nothing I did not like. I would prefer the lighting in the rooms to be brighter. Just installing more powerful lamps would do the job. Other than that, all is perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful new property, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the sleek, modern design and the attention to detail throughout the space. The interiors are bright, airy, and thoughtfully decorated—everything felt brand new and incredibly clean. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to the buses, metro and essentials. What truly made this stay special, though, was the staff especially Hasan the manager. His communication was prompt and helpful, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. If you’re looking for a relaxing, stylish getaway with all the modern comforts, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is new and looks exaclty as in the pictures. Most importantly, it is clean. We were glad to find a complimentary basket of sweets and snacks, along with 2 bottles of water in the fridge. A nice gesture that was well appreciated. The hotel is 2-3 minutes away from the metro and bus stations. It is right behind Ramada as you exit the metro station. There are many restaurants close by. The staff is helpful and made sure we had a lovely stay.

This is not something that we did not like, but it is useful to know: if you want housekeeping, you need to ask for it. You can say if you need a change of towels, extra toilet paper or for the trash to be taken out.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. The room was clean, well-equipped, and matched the photos. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The location is perfect, with the metro station nearby, plus plenty of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Coming from a cold place, Istanbul's temperature was warm for us. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was still set to heating mode. We couldn't open the windows for fresh air because of the constant noise from the street. It would be great if the hotel could provide an option for guests to control the room temperature, allowing them to adjust it to cool or warm settings as needed.
