Excellent location in central Istanbul, all you need is within reach. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms - despite being located on a very busy street. We were a family group of ten people and had booked the top room with terrace as well as another room with one bedroom. Effective AC with many settings, it definitely limited the heat of Istanbul summer, it is however placed in the main rooms only, so the bedroom door/s will need to be open in order for them to be cooled. Room cleaning free of charge upon request, everything became neat and tidy. This facility does not accept pets, which was particularly important to us since we have allergies. The top mark goes to the super friendly staff that made us feel very welcome and taken cared of from the start. They were very attentive to all requests we made and were quickly reachable through whatsapp or the reception.

Given the quite high price, I did expect more from the facility itself. Water pressure in the shower was low and the warm water came and went. Bathrooms had only hard soap, which felt a bit like 1997. The kitchens were pretty sparsely equipped. These were all things that still worked out in the end, not a very big deal, but lowers the total rating.

The location is great, just a short walk from the M3 Osmanbey metro station. There is a very nice and large Carrefour supermarket in the Lotus Mall across the street from the subway entrance on Halaskargazi Cd. There are many other shops pubs and restaurants in the area. The residence is on a mostly quiet side street. I slept quite well, the bed was comfortable and and the AC worked very well. The staff here are wonderful, the lovely lady who managed things during the day (I forgot her name) and Çağlar who took care of the house overnight. They were always ready to fufill a request.

This not a 5 star hotel but a very nice homey experience. I was happy to be here for five nights and I will return the next time I'm in Istanbul.

The residence was nice and clean, well located near to metro station, Rumeli cd wich is full of stores, restaurants and cafes, and the famous Nishantashi is within walking distance. All the staff members were so kind and helpful, especially Firas and Imen. I would definitely come back again.

The apartment didn't have a coffee machine and a washing machine. There is a laundry facility, but it is more comfortable to have a washing machine inside the apartment. Another thing is the furnace inside the bedroom, its noise makes it hard for you to sleep in that room. We turned it off at night because the weather was nice, but in winter it would make a problem.

The location was excellent—right near the Osmanbey metro station, which made getting around Istanbul super easy. The rooms were spacious and ideal for families, and the staff went above and beyond—they helped us with taxis, directions, and excursions. Everyone was genuinely kind and made our two-week stay feel like home. It’s a very safe and comfortable area too.

Honestly, not much to complain about. Our kettle wasn’t working one day, but they replaced it immediately. A couple of minor maintenance issues came up, but they were always quick to respond and fix things.

We had a fantastic stay at Beddington Residency. Our apartment within the hotel was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The staff were truly exceptional—extremely helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent—everything was nearby, including coffee houses, restaurants, grocery stores, Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient. The 24/7 reception was also a great plus, always available and ready to assist whenever needed. We stayed as a family, all adults, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The apartment was spacious with a massive sofa, The bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Imen who was always available to assist us throughout the stay. Great location near Nisantasi and Besiktas, and 2min walk from the metro station. The area has plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The apartment didn't seem as new and modern as in the photos. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but it was properly cleaned as soon as we mentioned it to the staff. The street was a bit noisy at night due to bars and restaurants opened till late.

The highlight of my stay was the wonderful staff, especially Caglar. From the moment I arrived, Caglar and the team were exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. Caglar's professionalism and friendly demeanor made a significant difference in my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated the level of care and attention provided.

However, there are a few areas where the apartment could benefit from some improvements. The bathrooms need some repairs and maintenance. While the apartment was generally clean, updating the bathroom fixtures would enhance the comfort and experience for guests. Additionally, the kitchen was lacking in cutlery and cookware. For those who prefer to cook their own meals, having a more fully equipped kitchen would be a valuable addition.

The apartment is spacious for 4 of us. Overall is clean and neat. Beds are comfortable. All heaters function well. Can have far distance view from the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff always greet us with smile. 24 hours reception is a plus. Though we haven't cooked during our stay, did notice necessary cooking utensils are well equipped. Its location is very convenient. Its only few minutes walk to metro station. And around with many nice eateries and supermarkets.

The bedroom upstairs close to the lift and can hear the engine sound whenever it's moving.

The staff were super friendly and responded quickly to our requests. Free cleaning was available every day upon our request. The unit was clean overall and the appliances including the fridge, stove, and dishwasher were new and worked properly.

The room's light was dim, and the only mirror (apart from the one in the bathroom) was behind the couch; which was inconvenient for doing makeup. They weren't major issues though.
