The hotel is so clean the staff are so friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies are so nice and nothing went missing from the room I felt like the area is safe. the design of the hotel is beautiful the location is good too but it is on a hill so if you have a baby’s stroller you’ll know the struggle but overall it’s so good for the price

my only concern was how small the rooms are we got the deluxe room and we had a crib for the baby but we couldn’t really move comfortably in the room but overall it’s beautiful, clean and the bed and washroom are comfortable

I stayed 7 days at Nex Hotel Istanbul with my kid, it was wonderful. Perfect location in chic Nişantaşı, just 1 min from Osmanbey Metro and one stop to Taksim. The hotel is spotless and breakfast is delicious. What truly made the difference was the staff – Mahmud, with his kindness, patience, and incredible help (even during emergencies), and Çiğdem, whose warm welcome and attentive care made us feel at home from day one. Their genuine hospitality turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Highly recommended!

If i have to say something, it would be that the view from our room (4th floor ) was partially blocked by the entrance sign, but it was nothing too serious to be a deal breaker.

They had advertised about buffet breakfast however it was not the case!!The 1st day it was served as a small and not appropriate way!!I objected and sent the massage to management through staff .The manager took action in 2nd day by providing buffet breakfast , appologising personally and sending a gift to us .Her involvement was really grateful for us!

As above mentioned the contraindicy about breakfast serving at the 1st day. Passing through the entrance which has 2-3stairs is barely tough.

He greeted me with warmth and professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel right at home, and his recommendations for local spots were spot on. Secondly, I had the pleasure of experiencing a spa treatment with Sony, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her expertise, combined with a calm and soothing demeanor, made the experience unforgettable. She made sure I felt relaxed and pampered, and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Both Mahmoud and Sony are true assets to the hotel, and their outstanding service really made my stay memorable. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! All the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. The facilities were spotless and felt brand new. We didn’t realize the spa required booking in advance, but the spa manager kindly accommodated us, and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room felt a bit small for our needs. While the location is very convenient, the street itself seemed a bit dodgy at first glance — though with many other hotels nearby, it still felt safe and well-connected.

Everything was really good. We booked the hotel for 3 nights initially but found the stay comfortable so extended it up to 7 nights. Location is excellent as it is very near to metro. Staff is very humble, polite and accommodating. They made sure we had an amazing stay. Hotel is very clean. We also took their spa services which were top notch. Spa services had brilliant hygiene facilities, though we tried to find spa outside but really glad to book it from hotel. We will surely come to stay here again whenever visiting Istanbul.

I liked how clean and well-organized the property was. The location was excellent, and the staff provided good service. The stay was comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful

The ironing board was a bit old, and the iron provided wasn't of the best quality. I believe every room should have an iron available, rather than having to request one. We informed the staff, and they were extremely helpful and assured us that these issues will be addressed and improved. Also, some days we had a bathrobe provided, and other days it wasn’t. These are minor issues, though, as this is truly one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in during my visits to Istanbul

We stayed at NEX Hotel during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is small and cozy, with a modern and super clean atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. It’s located in the heart of the shopping area between Nişantaşı and Şişli, which made getting around and exploring so convenient. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Emre and Mahmud, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The only downsides were that the breakfast was almost the same every day, and we had a bit of difficulty adjusting the AC in the room.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. Everything was well organized — the hotel is clean, beautifully designed, and the location is perfect. The customer service was truly excellent, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. The only small issue we faced, as Arab and Muslim guests, was the lack of water hoses (bidets) in the bathrooms, which made things a bit uncomfortable for us. Aside from that, everything else was beyond excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time. Looking forward to staying with you again in the future!

The hotel is very well located, close to shops, restaurants, metro 3 minutes walk. The main attractions are within 25-30 minutes easy reach. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is rich and varied. The room is comfortable and clean, towels are changed daily. We also took advantage of the Spa where the hamam bath was one of the highlights of our programme. Here I was greeted by Sony's professionalism and kindness. The treatment was beyond our imagination - we were simply reborn! Thank you for everything!
