The hotel is so clean the staff are so friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies are so nice and nothing went missing from the room I felt like the area is safe. the design of the hotel is beautiful the location is good too but it is on a hill so if you have a baby’s stroller you’ll know the struggle but overall it’s so good for the price

my only concern was how small the rooms are we got the deluxe room and we had a crib for the baby but we couldn’t really move comfortably in the room but overall it’s beautiful, clean and the bed and washroom are comfortable

They had advertised about buffet breakfast however it was not the case!!The 1st day it was served as a small and not appropriate way!!I objected and sent the massage to management through staff .The manager took action in 2nd day by providing buffet breakfast , appologising personally and sending a gift to us .Her involvement was really grateful for us!

As above mentioned the contraindicy about breakfast serving at the 1st day. Passing through the entrance which has 2-3stairs is barely tough.

Secondly, I had the pleasure of experiencing a spa treatment with Sony, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her expertise, combined with a calm and soothing demeanor, made the experience unforgettable. She made sure I felt relaxed and pampered, and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Both Mahmoud and Sony are true assets to the hotel, and their outstanding service really made my stay memorable. The hotel is very well located, close to shops, restaurants, metro 3 minutes walk. The main attractions are within 25-30 minutes easy reach. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is rich and varied. The room is comfortable and clean, towels are changed daily. We also took advantage of the Spa where the hamam bath was one of the highlights of our programme. Here I was greeted by Sony's professionalism and kindness. The treatment was beyond our imagination - we were simply reborn! Thank you for everything!

Honeymoon Holiday Very good experience in this hotel, everything was perfect, the room was very beautiful, comfortable and so clean, the restaurant was fancy too, we really loved my husband and me the vibe of the hotel, special thanks to Mr.Mahmoud, he was so professional, friendly and very nice, he’s a good ambassador for Nex Hotel, working with so much passion and good energy, all the customers loved him specially during breakfast service. It’s a new property. Very clean. Away from the tourist area like Taksim yet very well connected as the Osmanbey metro station is just a couple mins walk away . Also the Pangalti bus station is about 3-4 mins walk away which connects to Taksim, Eminonu (for old city) etc . Staff is good . A lot of eateries and a market nearby . Some lovely bars just 10 mins walk away. For Istanbul airport, one can take a metro to Kagithane station (about 300 liras) and then take a airport metro directly. Special mention about Emre in the cafeteria who probably makes one of the most authentic and best Turkish coffees we tasted on our trip .

It was incredibly convenient to explore the area’s trendy shops, cafés, and restaurants. The breakfast at Hotel Nex was a highlight of my stay. Every morning, there was something new and delicious to enjoy, offering a wonderful variety of both local and international dishes. The fresh and flavorful options made each morning feel special. Another standout feature was the hotel’s spa. The facilities were top-notch, and the therapist there was excellent, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The rooms were clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. Everything was well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the space remained spotless throughout my stay. Overall, Hotel Nex Istanbul is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting the city. With its prime location, great amenities, and exceptional service, I would highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a great variety. I want to give a special thanks to Ali Can, who kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast. It was such a generous gesture and truly made our morning. This was the first time I’ve ever been offered a free breakfast at a hotel, and it made a lasting impression! Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality and kindness. I liked everything in the hotel

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, our second visit, and it was just as perfect as the first. Everything is immaculate, and the breakfast is impressively comprehensive. The spa is outstanding and meticulously clean, providing a truly relaxing experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation. A special thanks to the entire staff for their politeness and warmth. I would like to give particular recognition to Mr. Ali Can for his exceptional hospitality. Without a doubt, I will be returning for my next stay in Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in the city.

This is the second time in the past year that I've stayed at Nex Hotel. The hotel is new with a very modern interior. Cleanliness is at a high level and the breakfast is so great and varied. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and I would especially like to mention Ali Can Çerkezoğlu, the Front Offixe Supervisor. The hotel's location is excellent, with metro station nearby and beautiful Nişantaşi area... All in all, the value for money is great. I would definitely return to Nex Hotel, which is the best recommendation for this hotel.
