Perfect location walking distance to nice shopping area , restaurants and cafe’s Staff are very welcoming , decent , helpful

The only obstacle that faced us is that they close the small street where the hotel is located from 10 am and they restrict cars . So the taxi has to drop us off a little bit away from the hotel

The hotel was so well located near everything in beautiful calm Nisantasi. The administration were welcoming & very accommodating to our needs ! Anor & Irem were always helping & supporting. The privacy of the rooms perfect: We stayed as a family in one floor and mooved freely between the rooms as if we had the property for ourselves. There was a fridge & a kettle + complementary water ; tea & coffee supply. Shampoo & shower gel + soap were always in the bathroom. Cleanliness was up to my expectations. I would definitely love to visit again Isa in the future!

I would have preferred if they had side lamps near the bed. A microwave would have been great even if only one somewhere accessible in the hotel. Finally; It's very important to let the staff speak English.

The only thing is that the economic room on the ground floor is located right next to the elevator. Thus, it is a bit noisy. So, make sure before booking.

Clean, good location, nice staff. Very safe area and easy to travel to touristic areas either via cab or walk. Public transport available nearby but didn’t use it. Recommend :)

Shower head could be replaced, but other than that it was really good, no complaints

The staff were absolutely polite and always so willing to assist. They really went out of their way,to make sure you had all the required info. Was very close to the shopping area,. Safe area,literally a minute to high end shopping, great cafes. There was even a hairdresser across the road,great prices.

Such a pity that they didn't speak good English, however Onur,was good to communicate with, great assistance with taxi etc Everyone at the reception was helpful, just the communication skills was scarse. The road was a bit dusty and still under construction. But I'm sure by the time I return to Nishant Boutique hotel, it will be complete.

Very friendly and helpful stuff at reception, really nice and caring people. The location is great, very close to everything in Nisantasi. Comfortable room, especially for 1 person. Cleaning is every day.

The only issue I faced was a road reconstruction on the street where the hotel is located. Most of the drivers don’t take you there and I had to walk with 4 baggage pieces throw off road (it’s a short distance but it’s a challenge because there is literally no road).

Everything was really good, and had a great vacation, staying one week at this hotel, will come back for sure.

It's not that I didn't like but not all the staff speaks well english, maybe there is room for improvement. But google translate worked very well and everything was ok.

I absolutely love this hotel! Stay there every time I visit Istanbul! Its clean, super well located and the staff go out of their way to help you with each and every thing you need no matter what time of day, especially Irem who is such a gem and REALLY takes care of every little detail. I can't wait to come back!
