Every time I go to Istanbul, I stay in Nişantaşı, but this is the first time I stay at the Arcade Hotel, and I can say that I am not staying anywhere else anymore. The hotel location is the best, right in the shopping area, just around the corner from Osmanbey metro station, across the street from a lovely café. All the places I like in Istanbul are walking distance or a metro ride away, just perfect. We got a spacious room overlooking the inside area, so it was quiet and comfortable. The staff are very sweet and helpful. I want to especially thank Toprak for all the assistance. The breakfast has many options and the people are very nice. I just loved this hotel.

The location is very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was cozy, with balcony, facing Rumeli cad (thank you for upgrade!). Soundproofing is ok. Road noises are audible but not disturbing. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. The breakfast was AMAZING, plenty of choices, delicious and menu changing every couple of days. We had a couple of lunches and dinners in Arcade Cafe- food is very good and portions are gigantic. All in all, we enjoyed our 1-week stay very much!

I sometimes could smell other people smoking in their rooms. Being a non-smoker, that was a bit disturbing. But I did not ask for a non-smoker rooms, don't know if they are available.

Top location on nisantasi's main road and 2 min walk from Osman Bey metro station. Comfortable, spacious, bright rooms with lots of storage. Nice power shower. High-end light fittings around the room. Excellent air-conditioning. Unlimited complimentary mineral water. Very friendly and helpful staff- great service from Gokhan and the gentleman at check-in. Our room was upgraded, and we got a late checkout. They also arranged our return airport taxi and provided good recommendations for food and transport. Gokhan helped me weigh my luggage after checkout- so helpful!

Everything was at hand, very clean, easy access everyone who worked there was exceptionally kind and helpful and always had a smile , good energy. I had a nose job done and the reception staff were soooo nice, they would always make an effort to as me how my day was going how my recovery was? Always helping me with the best taxi recommendations and places to visit, always had a smile. They went above and beyond.

the location of the hotel is really perfect: close to metro , close to shops, mall , café , restaurant. Nishantashi area is really nice ! The bed was confortable , the room was clean, lot of spaces in the wardrobe , it is a quiet hotel , we can still hear some traffic but quite normal in Istanbul, the staff is really nice especially Mr Nejdat from the end of afternoon / evening round thank you!, it was my second stay in this hotel and i really like this place!

Top room, wide and comfortable, top location just next to metro and thousands of shops and services. There is a very nice guy and great worker in reception whose name I forgot, who solved quickly a problem for us: curtains in our room were broken and he upgraded our room. I just know he is workaholic cause he works night and day and I see him for like 24 hours in a row. I suggested him to rest a bit

Great staff. Great location. Satisfied rooms. All the Staff welcomed me very well. I felt like a special guest during my stay Thank you to Murat and all the team including restaurant for their great and warm welcome and services. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff are so much kind. The location is amazing, close to nice restaurants and shopping malls, mosques, metros. etc. I hope I can stay again in the future in Arcade Hotel.

Ideal location for shopping in nisantashi area. walking distance to Taksim square and not far from other touristic attractions by taxi. Also the metro station is just around the corner. very friendly and helpful staff. very comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Free water bottles and extra towels and bedding. Rooms include mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea.

When we checked in the room was clean but the bedsheets stained. We stayed for 5 nights during which the bedsheets were not changed. Housekeeping didn’t properly sweep / clean the floor and the bathroom during our stay. We could still see dust and hair on the floor and stains in the bathroom sink. The coffee cups were not washed properly. I could still see lipstick marks on it. So obviously the cleaning staff were just washing it with water. When I complained about this to the front desk they apologized and asked the cleaning staff to fix this issue. Tissues and body lotions are not provided at the hotel.

I would like to emphasize that all staff members are very professional and friendly for all guests. I liked the breakfasts in the morning and arrangement of the taxi to airport. I am very much satisfied. Many thanks for making our vacation very perfect.

The location of the hotel is perfect also the size of the room is great staff is very helpful and polite especially murat and Okan in the reception And Belgin in the breakfast room

The breakfast needs to have more variation Options are very limited
