Although this was my first time staying at this hotel, it left me with a very pleasant impression. The friendly attitude of the hotel staff and their constant assistance in all matters make me (as well as other guests staying there) feel at home. Ozkhan and Avaz (Əvəz) Bey provided especially great support. I am grateful to both of them. Moreover, the location of the hotel is very close to bus and metro stations, as well as many brand shops.

The hotel receptionist was super helpful and both had a great warm smile when we were checking-in. He even gave me hot Turkish tea upon arrival which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed breakfast which was included. Nice & firm bed with a kettle to make tea & coffee in your room. Great location in the heart of the high fashion district with a bank atm & restaurants nearby. Perfect for a night or 2.

Hotel needs more maintenance/love. The lobby and entrance area looks nice but the bedroom wallpaper needs to be replaced..

Outstanding Hospitality in Prime Nisantasi Location I recently stayed at a Vali Konak Hotel in Nisantasi for three days, and it was an exceptional experience. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, were kind and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. Mr. Avaz was incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged an airport shuttle, making my arrival hassle-free. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything in Nisantasi. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and prime location in Nisantasi. Thank you 😊

Vali Konak hotel is a wonderful hotel, in a great location with very competent, hard-working and considerate staff. I want to thank Ozkan, Sahap, Avaz and Fedrico for making my stay so pleasant. The staff is amazing everyone is so polite and helpful they are always ready to provide the best service possible. Big thanks to everyone for making our stay amazing. The location is great it’s close to bus and metro stops. It was our second time in this hotel and we will definitely visit again in October.

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. It was conveniently close to a shopping center and various restaurants. The staff were amazing, providing 24/7 service, and they were very nice.

There wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel. Everything met my expectations.

Ozkan was fantastic! He helped with all the details. The hotel is in a great shopping location with shops nearby. The American Hospital is within walking distance for those traveling for medical treatment. The breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel in Nişantaşı. 10 stars for Ozkan.

Brilliant location, Value for money and staff have exceptional customer service. They were always happy to assist each time. This was a recovery hotel after I had surgery and I had a brilliant recovery and support from all the employees. I was treated with uttermost care. Employees went above and beyond to assist me.

The staff was amazing. They were really polite and helpful with everything we needed. Speaking really good English and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is clean and quiet even though it had a lot of guests. We will definitely visit again! ❤️
