First of all, I would like to express my immense gratitude to the staff for their exceptional attentiveness and positivity. The hotel’s location is fantastic, and it features a top-tier (one might even say luxury) Italian restaurant, a stunning reception area, and a delicious breakfast. As soon as you step outside the hotel, you’ll find countless shops—an amazing spot for shopping. Just across the street, there is a small shopping mall with its own restaurants and a pleasant atmosphere. In short, I am extremely satisfied and give it the highest rating. You won’t be disappointed—only filled with love and positive emotions!

I always stay in this hotel and i love its location and how professional they are. I must say this time Birkan the manager made our stay more fabulous he did everything to make us feel comfortable he upgraded our room because there were lots of noise. He is the best manager any hotel can ask for.

I liked that the location is walking distance from everything you need for a family, coffee shop, supermarket, pharmacy. The only downside is the road that the hotel is on is very busy so taxis and tour buses will refuse to drop you at the hotel and you’d have to walk uphill— it’s challenging with 2 babies.

Overall the staff were amazing but the staff at Marcello, from host to waiters were all very rude. Even when we sat down they would come to the table to give us a menu. When I called them over they would ignore me, until another woman from the table next to me called them and scolded them for ignoring me. Also, a random man came in our room twice at night (after 8-9pm) during our stay, thank god we had the extra door lock on.

The problem only there is no parking for the car

Good location for those who want to focus their trip in a more upscale and commercial area. The reception staff are very attentive and try their best to cover the lack of a suitable entrance in a hotel of this level.

The hotel's biggest gap is the entrance, as there is no area for customers or luggage to get in or out by car or taxi. It's all on the street, which is very busy, which ends up further compromising the arrival and departure experience.

I liked the location, in the middle of a great part of Istanbul. Close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. And it’s almost opposite the mosque and directly opposite Cities Mall. The room size is great with ample room for one’s needs. The bathroom is large with a huge shower and bath tub in one enclosure.

The sound proofing was not very good. The people in the next room’s laughter and jokes could be heard clearly. I had checked out of the room earlier than the checkout time and told reception that I will be keeping the room till 1 and that my son is in the room getting ready to go out for an appointment we had. The room can then be taken back for cleaning. Minutes after this housekeeping were knocking on the door wanting the room to begin cleaning dispute what I agreed with reception.

I really liked this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The staff were very helpful and quick whenever I asked for something. The hotel was very clean and well-kept, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

The pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well + the AC in the room was hot and didn’t cool properly

It is an amazing hotel definitely I will come back again in my next trip, the location, the facilities, the over all welcoming and the environment all were beyond my expectations. Mr. Bourag in the front desk was so helpful and friendly I thank him from the heart, the hospitality was amazing, I requested a Turkish coffee at the terrace and the lady bring it to me with her lovely smile and after I enjoyed my coffee I asked her to pay she said no need this is on the house. The house keeper were so friendly, organizing everything in a very comfortable manner, they never hesitate to offer all what they can to make my stay enjoyable ♥️♥️♥️
