From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. My room was a true sanctuary—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with high-end furnishings and thoughtful amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional breakfast. Each morning, I was treated to a delightful array of gourmet options, from fresh pastries and fruit to made-to-order omelets and exquisite coffee. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients made breakfast a daily highlight. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The butler service was outstanding, attending to every detail with professionalism and care. The hotel’s amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch and added to the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Hotel. The property was immaculate, with every corner of the hotel exuding cleanliness and care. My room was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel felt very safe and well-managed, which added to my peace of mind. I highly recommend the St. Regis Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

It wasn’t our first time. Of course hotel is fabulous regarding comfort. Nice room, nice restaurant and everything but the best part is working stuff. I have had medical problem during our stay and hotel staff was extremely helpful. They were very helpful toward my wife and son. Like family. Everyone. Reception desk, concierge, valet service. Thank you very very much. See you again… for sure. You are the best.

5* professionalism of staff Each guest’s gets 2 items of clothing ironed free of charge each day 2 free coffees to the room before 11am in the morning was a great touch. The helpfulness of the concierge and front desk at all times. When we ran out of tooth paste, house keeping Rooney the initiative to order us new toothpaste.
