The breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly and we had a great time! The hookah restaurant on the top floor was always a great time.

Cleanliness could’ve been a bit better, the shower head had a little bit of buildup on it but it was from the minerals in the water so it wasn’t worrisome.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Our mattress was not comfortable, but they changed our room, and we received a better one. It would be good to have instructions on how to use the safe, we had to call somebody to set it up, and let us know how it works.

The hotel location is in the center of Nisantasi and near all shopping centers and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. All staff were helpful and professional, i remember Hussain who was also very friendly. The roof has a cool shisha bar with live DJ music and and nice view. The food was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come again.

The hot water in the shower takes so much time. Also the curtains are short, during the day expect some light in the room.

This was the perfect place for my first trip to Istanbul. The location is central to the best attractions and the immediate walkable area has a ton of restaurants, shopping, grocery items, everything you need during your stay. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged airport transportation so from arrival to departure I felt safe and secure in a new country.

There were no kitchen utensils, only a kettle and no oven..only microwave ,the room furniture was not that comfortable for the eyes,all so need bigger garbage …and the sound of music in the night it was disturbing us

The location was very close to shops and it good for shopping purposes. The staff were very helpful and kind. They speak English and they try to solve all problems that we face

I liked everything especially location.

I do not like the pillows. They were so uncomfortable unfortunately. And that the property do not have a window. Next time i will mention about the window before registration.

Location is excellent - right in the middle of the most hip place in Istanbul. The guys at the reception were very kind and helpful. We went in late december and the heating was very good.

There was some noise from the street but I think it's a price to pay if you want to stay in the city center.
