I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vakko Hotel, and what made it truly exceptional was the incredible service provided by the staff, particularly Nisren and Mourad. From the moment I arrived, Nisren ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially during my recovery after surgery. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel completely at ease. Mourad was equally amazing, always delivering my food requests promptly and with a warm smile. He made sure that my dietary requirements were met, often going the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. Their professionalism and kindness truly set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering a luxurious and comfortable environment. However, it was the staff who made my experience unforgettable. We planned a family get together in Istanbul and choose to stay at Vakko Hotel. Without doubt, this was the best choice for us. We were two families of four and could stay on the same floor - it was like having two apartments side by side with the best in class facilities. It is high end to the core. It is relatively new, so all the fitting were top notch. Additionally the staff was amazing. Ufuk, the head concierge helped book some amazing trips and organized transportation for 8 people. Staying at Vakko made all the difference.

I have stayed in Most 5+ Star Hotels in Istanbul including the biggest names like Four Seasons, Kempinsky, Shangri La, etc. Nothing compares to Vakko. Nothing.

An incredible stay! The hotel surpassed all expectations. Our room was spotless, spacious, and boasted a modern design. The staff—incredibly helpful and friendly—responded to every request instantly. The location couldn't have been better, with the city's main attractions just a short walk away. I'll definitely return and recommend this gem to everyone!

one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, Room was very spacious and against price we paid was very convenient (2 big rooms, a big living room and 3 bathrooms) , service was 10/10, Esma and the rest of the staff were on top of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. they also made sure to bring back a charger we forgot in the room. location wise, it’s premium everything is walking distance. definitely our choice every time we visit Istanbul 🙏

AC was leaking water, but staff took care of that
