I recently stayed in this suite, and I’m incredibly pleased with my experience. From the moment we arrived, our privacy was respected at all times, and the room was promptly cleaned whenever we requested it. What truly made our stay special was Nermin abla. Every morning when she was there, she greeted us with a warm smile that instantly brightened our day. Her genuine and friendly service made us feel right at home. Thanks to her and the entire team, I would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Everything is great! The rooms are small but clean, the room has everything you need. Very good location. The only thing you should know before checking in (especially if you are traveling with a baby carriage) is that the elevator in the building does not go to the top floor, where the hotel is located. It stops one floor below and the remaining floor you need to go along a narrow staircase. Of course, this is outside the responsibility of the hotel owners, so this is not a complaint or a wish, but just information for guests. The staff was very friendly. At our request, they ordered dinner for us in the room. I wish the hotel prosperity and a large number of guests.

Everything is good

All the rooms have an outstanding skyline view on the city. Metro station Osmanbey is at 3/4mn walking distance and bus stops are within 1mn walking . The neighborhood is great and you find everything you need in a 300m radius . Big thanks Nirmin and the team for her support and help during our 10 nights stay. Ps : the room was very quiet, which is a real asset

Here’s a polished review you can use: I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing—extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a very relaxing experience. As a couple, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose this place again if we return to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Finding a parking spot for the car is an issue, but that’s normal in Istanbul.

I stayed two nights and was pleased with: - convenient location (food stores, coffee shops and fast food stores are all around, 10 minutes walk to Nisantasi) - good service (staff was very nice) - comfortable bed - nice view Note that the room is small (almost Japanese size) - comfortable for one large person.

The only reason I give 8 out of 10: one evening there was no tap water, so it was not pleasant to not being able to take a shower after a walk around the city in hot weather.

The hotel has a great location with many food options and cafes that are less touristy compared to southern Istanbul. It's located on the top floor, offering unobstructed views of the skyscrapers. The room was very clean, and I had a wonderful stay.

I considered this as an upgrade, but nice to know: We booked a "Deluxe room with balcony and sea view" but received a room without a balcony and with a city view instead. However, the room was actually shown in a more expensive "King room" tier. I didn’t need the balcony (booked it because it was cheaper) and loved the wide panoramic window. So I considered this as an upgrade.

We had a very good stay during our one week stay at this hotel. The accommodation was clean and comfortable in a very good location. There were many cafes and restaurants near the residence. The staffs were kind and hospitable and I would like to thank Mrs. Nermin.

The last floor held by the elevator was 7 and we had to climb the stairs for half of the floor. When we arrived, it was a little difficult for us despite having luggage.

The room was exceptionally good. The view over the city was beautiful. The location is very good with most of what you would need during your stay being nearby. And the staff were one of a kind. Especially Nermin and Tuncay, who were absolutely kind and wonderful. Both have made the stay so much more enjoyable, and I would definitely come back and book there again.

As already stated, location, staff and facilities. The room was comfortable and cosy; most of the needed items were provided and they all worked well. The staff - very friendly, helpful and always available.

The main advantage is the superior view on the site. In general, the location is great, the room is comfortable and clean, and the personnel is so friendly and responsive.

Just some small pros, that i suppose would be fixed in order to have 10 of 10 experience. There was no cleaning in the room, we had to ask to remove the trash. But it was thrown out quickly after our request. The boiler was making noise and the shower was clogged.
