1. The staff were welcoming all the time. Mr daoud, Mr Anas and Ms. Seera all are in the reception are professional, polite and lovely people. 2.the housekeeping ladies are extremely polite and professional. They were coming every day. Our room was cleaned every day 3. The location is very good near Osama Bey metro station with access to different shops and all thing are beside you from markets to pharmacy and every thing was in the neighborhood 4. This is kind of hotels you are thinking that if you return back you will definitely choose it again and again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Istanbul! Highly recommend you stay here for your getaways. The hotel is very clean and transport links are amazing around the hotel, you could get to Eminönü & Taksim within 10-15 minutes max by bus even quicker with the metrobus/train. Nişantaşı is within 5-10 minute walk! The cleanliness of the hotel is outstandingly great! The staff especially we thank so much for all their help & support, they were all amazing with their services! Very welcoming, warm hearted and friendly staff, it couldn’t have been any better. Highly highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming Istanbul and we will definitely be returning again and choosing here for our future stays in Istanbul for sure! Staff has been very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable. You can get water and Turkish coffee for free if you want. They don't offer breakfast which is ok as there are a lot of different nice eateries very close by. We always stay in Sisli when in Istanbul as you will find everything you need in walking distance. This has been our second stay at this hotel, but most probably not our last. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

There has been nothing to complain about.

Extremely clean and well presented. Great location. You can walk to Taksim square (20mins) or get the metro which is very easy. Loads of restaurants in the area too. Staff were extremely friendly. David gave us such a great intro and was so helpful through our whole stay. We wondered if a 9.6 rating was really going to be deserved but it absolutely was. A 10 from us.

Nothing it was great

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — you really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. The design of the hotel and room is tasteful and inviting, and the bed was very comfortable. I do have a small request, though. There’s a little bird (a parakeet) living in a cage in the staff room on the ground floor. He’s adorable and brings a sweet presence to the space, but he seems very lonely. There are no toys in his cage, no window to look out of, no music, and nothing to keep him engaged. Please consider giving him some more care and attention — he is a living soul too, and like all beings, he has feelings. Even something simple — some toys, daily music, or perhaps a companion bird — could make a big difference in his little world.

I enjoyed everything.

I booked Istanroom by KEO for a short trip and I was 100% satisfied with my experience from the start to the end. Abdul Kadir at reception was great throughout our stay - he was welcoming, friendly, helpful, reliable and very quick to assist us. My room was lovely and clean. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were very comfy and I slept really well! The room was nice and quiet as I couldn’t hear traffic or any noise from outside which was wonderful as this is my 3rd time in Istanbul and it was my most peaceful experience by far! Location is brilliant too - plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, money exchange etc. I’m looking forward to booking my next trip here for sure.

I loved the cozy and elegant atmosphere of the room—it felt like a home away from home. The location in Şişli was perfect, close to shops, cafés, and public transport. The staff were kind and always ready to help. The room was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and daily housekeeping service.

There wasn’t really anything I disliked. If I had to mention something, it would be the lack of breakfast service—adding it would make the experience even better.

-very nice staff, always available to help you -unlimited water, coffee, tea (free of charge) -food delivery to your room -central location -everyday cleaning if you wish -comfortable bed -room size is good enough for 2 people -lot of places nearby to eat

-cold room, the windows do not hold the heat inside (however the AC can be used to heat up the room) -busy street, traffic jams and honking are constant (no soundproof) -the room's door is not soundproof you can hear every noise from the corridor -the elevator is noisy when it is operating (you can hear it is moving inside your room)

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, the location was very good and the room was like in the picture, comfortable and very clean. I booked this hotel as a backup emergency after a very bad experience in another hotel in Istanbul in that i had booked to stay 19-24 November. Due to previus experience i asked to see the room before paying and the room was very nice, very clean, a great aroma and comfortable. The staf on both shifts made sure to support with free coffee, tea and water throughout the whole stay at anytime and were ready to help with any additional ask i had. The location is very good near to the metro station.

Nothing concerning the hotel itself. There was noise outside as it was a busy street, but i had a very good rest so it did not bother me.

This is a great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul, if you mostly spend days outside and come to a hotel to sleep. Rooms are equipped with everything you may need, quite spacious and comfortable. Great value for money. Perfect location to connect with different areas of the city due to close distance to metro. Many restaurants, cafes around, very lively and interesting neighborhood, I felt safe even late at night. Hotel is located near a busy street but we didn't hear much sound in the night and could sleep comfortably. Hotel staff is very polite.

Back rooms are super close to a building behind, we didn't feel comfortable opening curtains.
