I liked that it was equiped with all min required things

Price to value was way too much. I initially thought that the room is normal bring with windows. Upon arrival they showed me cellar and told this was on booking. Later I met with owner he helped us to moved to 1st floor.

It was a great stay the apartment is very spacious and same as the pictures shown. The staff were very nice and helpful providing us with all necessary information and tips.

Everything was amazing. The property was clean and smelled fresh right from the reception till the room. All staff were very professional, and they made our stay very comfortable. Definitely coming back again, I will recommend to all my friends and family as well. A full five-star experience. especial tanks to the reception team for the good service I was highly impressed with the level of service they provided. from the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The check in process was smooth and easy. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from hotel staff, they are extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was impeccable. the spacious and well-appointed apartment felt like a home away from home. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and children play area, fitness centre, added to the overall comfort of our stay. such a top-notch hotel experience. Hexa Suites Hotel is a place to be! Highly recommended. We would definitely return.

their is nothing to dislike, property was ok, big sitting area, room were ok also.... room heater were also working properly... and if you are traveling in summer then room has AC aswell.. one free Advice for everyone whoever is traveling Istanbul and cannot speak Turkish... DO NOT USE UBER App for Taxi you will be facing to much problem and taxi driver will ask you some extra money always.... instead of UBER use BiTaksi app

there were 2 problems, first once i think cannot be fixed and that is hotel elevator, which is so tiny only 2 people can fit inside and second problem was my room shower area. when you take shower the ware goes out to the toilet area.

Staff were in general very helpful. Especially two of the staff namely Rashidhan and Riyad were very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The location was in a very nice neighborhood and inside of the suites were well designed and decorated. What ever was missing or needed in the suites and we asked them, were directly supplied by staff. With 7-15 mins of walking you can get to different bus stations or Metro station (Osmanbey) and get to all sigh seeing or central locations.

The location is on the uphill area in Sisli and it is hard to walk up for elderly people or people who are not fit or sporty. You would definitely need to take a taxi or bus. The bathroom and shower were in the same place so when someone was taking a shower we couldn't use the toilet, plus, it didn't have a window or a good ventilation to let the steam or bad odor get out of the flat. So it was all coming inside of the flat.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We had a wonderful experience, everything was just wonderful. The first important thing is that the hotel was very safe. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. Excellent location everything you need is close to the hotel ( bakery, grocery, cafés, restaurants,etc..). Everything was amazing

The unit are spacious. It is clean and comfortable. We arrived late at night and the staff welcomed us and showed us our room. When i checked out of the hotel, i forgot my i-pad. I am very grateful that the hotel kept it for me and being honest when i asked them if they seen my ipad in the room. Thank you so much for the honesty of the hotel staff for tourist like us. Keep up the good values guys. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Its difficult to communicate as most of the staff are not speaking english.

This place is suitable for the family, clean, and well-equipped. The location is good for finding everything you need around you within walking distance. The staff is amazing, Riyad and Ahmed are really helpful, and the staff is there to help you anytime with most of your needs. Definitely, we will stay at Hexa Hotel if we back to Istanbul.

It is not what I do not like, it is more about improving the TV channels. There are better options that can be included. You know with the family sometimes you like just relax and watch TV with the kids.

One of the things I really appreciated about the hotel was that they offered free parking. This was a huge convenience for me, as I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot or paying for parking. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Hexa Suites hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. It was not a deal breaker for me, but it would have been nice if the Wi-Fi was faster. Although I contacted the staff immediately they sent me a technician to solve the problem.

Very well situated, the rooms were very nice and spacious, and the staff were all really friendly and happy to give great recommendations for the city.

No faults, the stay was great.
