The room is spacious and clean. The view is amazing and the staff are very friendly. This will be my go to hotel anytime i visit Istanbul.

The hotel is pet friendly which is great but unfortunately i am allergic to cats and we ended up in a room that had a cat previously and i got sick from my allergies. But the staff were amazing they changed our rooms even though they were fully booked. If you have pets allergy just make sure you let them know before hand to book you a room that didn’t have any pets prior to your stay.

We were very satisfied with the 16 days we spent at the hotel and would gladly do it again. We liked the service from the reception. Asan, the receptionist who accepted our reservation on April 2nd is unique. We checked in late at night around 10:00 PM, but everything was excellent. The breakfast manager was incredibly kind, the staff during breakfast was perfect. I am fascinated by the amenities of the apartment. It has absolutely everything you need for a long stay, the hotel has amenities for a short stay as well, the gym and pool are great. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. The people at the reception and in the restaurant are wonderful. The man with the white hair who made eggs, omelettes and pancakes for breakfast filled my heart, extremely hospitable. I am 100% convinced that you will not go wrong if you visit this place. The view is incredible. Everything in and around the hotel is 100% pet-friendly (the staff is also 100% pet-friendly).

There is nothing we didn't like. Everything is perfect. It is worth visiting the hotel.

The hotel is located in a great location, because I had a car, it was easy to reach the highway and there was no traffic, so it was easy to reach the hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The room was very big and clean. My room was on the 49th floor and had a very beautiful view. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher in the room, and these facilities made the hotel more prominent. The breakfast was good, of course, if it had more variety, it would be great. Finally, I would like to thank zahed, kemal, and Mustafa, who were the check-in staff and were very kind and friendly.

Beautiful property with an exceptional structure. The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and smiling. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant staff and the team assisting with luggage, was kind and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was varied every day, with excellent cleanliness and great service. Everyone spoke perfect English, so communication was smooth and easy. The room was spotless – cleaned daily, not a single trace of dust. I stayed in a 60 sqm suite on the 49th floor of Tower B, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. From my room, I could see Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Bosphorus, and so much more. Truly a spectacular panorama.

The indoor pool was beautiful – everything was clean and well organized. However, it was quite small for a 5-star hotel. A larger pool would be a great investment to attract more tourists.

We stayed at Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul and were very pleased with several aspects of our stay. The location is excellent central and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a microwave, oven, cooker, and even a washing machine, which made our stay much more comfortable. I was renting a car

One downside we experienced was that room service stops after 10:30 pm. We needed assistance late at night, and while room service was unavailable, the reception team did their best to help and managed to partially resolve the issue.

I don’t know where to start! From start to finish we LOVED our stay! I informed them prior to arriving that I would prefer a higher floor as I was going for surgery and didn’t want to be in the hussle and bussle! The hotel kindly accommodated us! When we arrived, the lovely man at reception took us to our room, showed us some of the features and amenities! Made us feel right at home! It had everything you’d need for a 12 night stay! After surgery, we had do not disturb on the door as I was recovering. We got a lovely phone call every evening to check we were ok and if we needed anything! The team went truly above and beyond for us, it really made our experience! The property was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, it was in a prime location for us as it had a hair salon, super market and a couple of good restaurants near by! And only ever a 5-10 minute taxi away from tourist attractions!

Nothing! If we had to be picky, the room service finished at 6pm and we hadn’t adjusted to the time difference and were never hungry at that time! But they’ve got great food delivery service which the team graciously helped us with!

The Spa & Sauna was not working . The food was same everyday & cold. The room & all facilities within the room was superb. The staff was friendly & assisted with checking in & very accommodating. But when we were leaving the Spa, sauna was starting. We will definitely be there again but we hope that the Breakfast is not so basic & must review their menu.

More lightning inside & Shuttle service to the airport considering the price tag would be an additional facility. Dining services should also improve.

The location of the hotel is good, avails the parking car in the hotel.

The price is expensive, and the breakfast does not have variations.

- the kitchen is not equipped well, I even asked for a small pot twice but at the end they brought a big pot to boil egg! - for breakfast we ordered simple foods such as fried eggs but it was floated in the oil! The quality of food is not good and I had to talk with the chef but his answer was that this is how we make it in Turkey! Accessibility to lobby from outside is not convenient and confusing for all Uber taxis
