We had a great stay at Novotel Hotel – a brand new 5-star property located in a quiet yet central area, making it perfect for both relaxation and easy access to the city's attractions. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with a modern and cozy interior, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The room and shared spaces felt fresh and inviting, and the overall cleanliness was good.

Cleaning details could be improved — surfaces like doors, mirrors, and TV screen could use more thorough cleaning. Also, the spa facilities would be more enjoyable if there were shared areas for both men and women (like sauna and steam bath), so couples or friends can use them together.

over all everything was exceptional. The minute you arrive at the hotel you are met with a warm welcoming feeling from the staff and the service is first class. The entrance lobby has a calm chilled ambiance and I really appreciated the diffusers in the common areas, that had a fragrant smell that felt energizing. They have a spa / fitness area that was exceeding all expectations with some free services as well. The modern design of the hotel and the rooms gave a calm and zen atmosphere that is a must in a big city such as Istanbul. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They assist you with your bags and other requirements that you may need. They also make you feel comfortable and looked after. If you have any issues at all they will do their best to assist you and they will be quick about it. Their roomservice is amazing for relaxed days in the room and they have a variety of foods and beverages. I especially loved the Italian restaurant «in the basement» of the hotel. It had the best and most presentable food I have had in a while. The vibe of the restaurant is great and they also deliver it to your room served plated, presented in dining style and not in takeaway boxes. It has a great location to everything and despite being so central the rooms and hotel is so quiet giving you the break you need. Everyone of the staff was amazing and outstanding but a special thanks to: Freiede / housekeeping nadi / masseuse And rest of the team at Novotel, Gocke, Fonkan and Somet.

It is a new property and clean. All the staff were very nice, helpful and decent.

I didn’t like road to the property… the walking to the hotel to the main road takes a bout 10 minutes, esclading … the interior design of the room wasn’t the best. The wardrobe had no doors to hide what is in. There wasn’t iron. I couldn’t find food menu. The TV had all channels. Also there isn’t a chair to watch the TV, you have to be on the bed to watch. The resting area has hard seat and not comfortable. The rooms were not isolated, I was able to hear the street dogs barking. The breakfast wasn’t the best… not many selections and small.

I recently stayed at Novotel Bomonti Istanbul and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area of Şişli, just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, and Nişantaşı (around 15 minutes). Special thanks to Furkan and Emre for their professionalism, kindness, and respectful attitude. They truly care about guest comfort and privacy. I also appreciated the thoughtful welcome note and fruit plate in my room. Housekeeping staff were equally friendly and efficient.

Room needs extra care for cleaning especially from some dust

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Bomonti Istanbul! The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, and the staff was always friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks from Samet izzet, Serap, and Berkay for the warm hospitality – we truly felt at home. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

A beautiful property with a fresh, modern design. I stayed in a corner room (likely a junior suite or similar), and it was excellent—well-designed with an interesting layout and floor-to-ceiling windows covering the entire outside wall. I really enjoyed it. The staff who welcomed me were exceptionally nice and friendly, and the bellboy stood out—he had the kind of energy that makes me think he’ll run a hotel himself one day. The overall atmosphere was fantastic.

The in-hotel (third-party, as I understand) “Italian” restaurant has good local reviews but is below average—closer to a 2-star level—for anyone familiar with authentic Italian cuisine. Regarding the room, they plan to enhance comfort by adding higher-quality pillows and blankets. Currently, they use standard fiber-filled bedding, which doesn’t offer any extra comfort. Given how well-designed the hotel is, investing a bit more in premium bedding would significantly improve the guest experience.

cosy and clean rooms with great view, awesome hospitality and useful accessories. but the most lovely point for me was the unbelievable kindly behavior of the personnel specially on the front desk! They were as kind as my own family. Ma'am Serap and gentlemen Furkan, Gokge, Emre and one other person that unfortunately I don't remember his name. They were all awesome! The C.E.O of the hotel should be proud of himself/herself for gathering these wonderful people serving the guests. Wish them peace and I love them all!

I would particularly like to thank the wonderful staff members: Samet, Ahmet, Akin, Melisa, Sarap, Gohçe, Samet, Furkan, and Ali Akper. They were all extremely helpful, courteous, and quick to fulfill all my requests, making my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. My husband and I were simply overwhelmed by the modern and beautiful hotel complex. The location of the hotel is close to the subway station, so that was also an added bonus. Everything was always clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed by Emre, whose open and communicative manner made our stay even more enjoyable. We were able to get lots of tips for Isanbul from him and can say that staff like this are a blessing for the hotel.

First of all, I would like to mention that the hotel is very new. It has a very nice lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is good, but not perfect. The fitness center is good. Breakfast is satisfactory. Free parking is an advantage.

There is a need to increase the number of equipment in the fitness center. It would be better to offer a more diverse breakfast. The prices at the lobby bar are quite high; it would be more reasonable to offer fairer pricing.
