I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the reception team for their outstanding service. They were very accommodating with my early check-in and late check-out requests, which made my experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. A special thank you to Massoud, whose warm welcome and helpful attitude truly made a difference. He was professional, courteous, and went out of his way to assist. The rest of the reception staff were also wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I genuinely appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Hotel location is really good for the people who travels for medical checkups at the Memorial hospital. By taxi its like 5 min drive and costs under 100 turkish lira. However, they charge 100 lira anyways. Which is not a big deal. Staff at the hotel were very helpful, for ordering taxis and etc. Unfortunately i m realising, i havent asked their names. We had family suite and each room has its own bathroom that was amazing deal. And breakfast i think for the cost of a stay is worth it. It could have been better but its not 5 star hotel. 😁

Rooms do need renovations! Hotel has very good potential after renovation i think they will get even more customers and even more best reviews. And also more lights (on the ceilings maybe) in the rooms would be perfect.

During my stay I had the pleasure of interacting with one of the staff members Keser who truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. He was always attentive to my needs, whether it was providing helpful recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that my room was comfortable and well-stocked. Even when I had special requests, Keser handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, making sure that everything was perfect. His friendliness and dedication made a lasting impression on me, and I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied with the level of service.

the staff was super friendly and helpful! The hotel's cat are treated well and seem to enjoy the hotel as well! we enjoyed the stay at Bomonti.

area was kinda boring for us, but reachable by taxi from Galata Bridge in about 15min. So that was a plus. Those who need a large variety for breakfast could be disappointed but I was happy with what was provided. Only the roomservice, obviously from an external provider. so delivery service, was extremely overpriced.

Honestly all the staff were very friendly in every shift, they wanted to help us as much as possible with anything we needed, thank you very much and this is my first and not my last choice💙💙💙

A decent hotel with a very good price-quality ratio.The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.Having a kettle in our room was a very good idea! The traffic noise mentioned in other comments was not disturbing and did not prevent us from resting.The staff was extremely kind and eager to help us.

The location was great and the family room is as advertised. It is worthy to note however, the staff member Ece was outstanding Extremely accommodating and supportive, very kind with the children and above and beyond hospitable. She has by far changed the experience from average to exceptional. Thank you Ece for an amazing time!

Super communicative staff, ready for any question, and very helpful in showing us around. Structure very close to the center, where you have access to everything you need.We would love to come back.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Very clean and organized .. Perfect location .. close to shopping area and restaurants .. Taxis were easily available.The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
