A very good hotel to explore Istanbul. Lots of connections to all important landmarks. Close to buses and M2 Metro, Osmanbey station (10 minutes walking). Nice and safe surroundings. Shops, restaurants cafes and mini markets nearby. Very good breakfast with lots of varieties (incl. fresh omelet, olive, cheese, sweets bar, fruits etc. and even a self service honeycomb). WIFI works throughout the hotel and room. Rooms are clean and spacious, kettle in the room for tea or coffee. Every day we were provided with free bottled water. Spa and parking available (we didn't use them but we saw decent prices on massages and hammam). We will definitely return. *Good connection to Istanbul Airport (2 stops from Osmanbey to Gayrettepe and then easy transfer with M11 from Arnavutköy Hastane to Istanbul Airport)

Reception staff is polite but could have been more helpful (information, getting around advices) - definitely not a deal breaker.

I'm not sure who chooses the soundtrack for TV, but my respect goes to them - Bloodhound Gang was incredible! The rooms are designed with a modern touch and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, having a receptionist who can speak your language is a significant bonus, especially for international travelers, as it makes communication smoother and enhances the overall experience.

While Ramada Encore typically chooses accessible locations, in this case, the hotel is situated in an area where traffic jams are common during rush hours, which might be inconvenient for those with time-sensitive plans. Also, the distance to public transport stops could be a drawback for guests who rely on public transportation for their travel around the city.

I loved the hotel bcz of its interior which was new and modern, i researched for hours trying to find a hotel in my budget that had good breakfast,clean rooms and a proper location. This had it all, from the staff to the cleaning lady to the washroom-i literally loved the washroom and the cleanliness in there. Though its lobby is small the location of the hotel is convenient and close to some touristy spots(not all) which was nice. The only thing that bothered me was that since it was cold, you could not turn on the air conditioning to cold on hot was the option. Other than that all in all a good location, good value for money and good staff! Hope to stay again here again whenever i come to Istanbul, Inshallah!

It is in good location that near to Osmanbey metro (10 mins walking) and one step metro to Taksim Square. Also, it is very near to some attractions and malls and Zara

Before I booked there was a free taxi driver to pick up us from the airport and then I booked my room and filled the information. Later, I paid for taxi because my hotel said this service is not for free and I need to pay from 45 to 55 dollars depends on the airport that I am in. I tried with them before I arrived and when I arrived too, but they said there is a wrong information on BOOKING. Thus, before booking any hotel contact them to make sure they have this free service or not.

The staff was awesome and so helpful. The breakfast welcome and staff was also beyond our expectations. A young man Ali helped us with everything. Cleaning staff was also brilliant. We had a great experience. If you don't mind walking a bit to catch a bus or the Metro at osmanbey station, then this hotel is an ideal option.

Location may be an issue for some. If one is tight on time and is there for sightseeing, the hotel is a distance from the sights. We visit regularly so it worked for us. Shopping and restaurants of all kinds are around the hotel. Very lively all around but no disturbance at night. Wish there was public transport close by.

This was our first trip to Turkey. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit over New Years. Location of the property is perfect so close to all the main points of interest. Easy to get a Taxi via uber, or walk into taksim square on a clear day. The staff were so friendly and so happy to help with everything from front of house to housekeeping and at the restaurant where we had breakfast. The breakfast was lovely with a live omelette station, Fresh juice made, a good variety of options. The room was perfect for our family of 4. 1 double bed and 2 singles. Loved the fact you had an electronic button for housekeeping to clean and do not disturb. We felt safe at the hotel. When first arriving, do not let the small lobby dishearten you as honestly the location, comfort, value for money, hotel staff make up for it in buckets. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable, the kids loved it so much too. We will be back again soon. :)
