The location of the hotel is close to popular areas and the staff members go out and about to help us with any of our requests. The breakfast was also pretty varied. Special thanks to Can&Abdulrahman Atilla <3 They are very sweet, open and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Everything was great

Excellent hotel with super-friendly people, from the people at reception (eg Seher), to the barman. I felt like I was part of the family. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. A very good experience. I will repeat.

Having visited Istanbul many times, I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! From now on, it will be my top and only choice for all my future visits to this amazing city. Nothing everything was perfect

Clean, comfortable, best location and excellent staff. I would especially like to thank you (Saher Serkan) at the information desk, she is very dedicated and helpful in her work, I give her 11/10.

I booked a 4 nights stay. Arrived in the morning around 10:30am after a 14 hrs tiring and sleepless flight. The check-in time was 2pm and I badly need to sleep. Upon my request for early check-in, this wonderful and kind lady Ms Seher acted like an angel and allowed me to check-in almost 3 & half hrs earlier. The hotel is not less than any 5 start hotel. Location is good and everything available within walking distance. The rooms are Very clean, tidy and spacious. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with everything! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. A special mention goes to Ms. Sahar at the reception. She was exceptionally kind, incredibly helpful, and made sure all our needs were met with the utmost care. Her warmth and professionalism truly stood out, and we are deeply grateful for all her efforts. :)

The hotel itself was very new and clean and the staff were even better especially Pervin, Esma, Atilla, Seher, Huseyin, Serkan, Tamer. They were all nice, friendly and helpful and any of our concerns were addressed quickly. The hotel was very clean and cleaning was done thoroughly and the cleaning personel were all friendly. Icon bomonti is a new hotel with new equipements, very well managed, cleaning was done everyday during the 7 days i was in the hotel. Seher and all reception team were very helpfull and professional. Asmaa and all the kitchen staf were fantastic.

I would appreciate if the hotel may allow one space with basic machines for gym.

The cars passing by noise, if the window is open! But that’s not a problem if you don’t open the window

Hotel is quite new and clean, many local cafe, bakery, fruit and ship shops are within walking distance. Room is larger than some of those in tourism areas. Sahar and Serkan from reception are a very cheerful and helpful.
