During my stay at this wonderful hotel, I felt as if I were at home—only better. The atmosphere was relaxing, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the services were delivered with a genuine smile. What truly made my experience special was the warm and professional service from Umran, who was a true example of kindness and dedication. With her constant smile, gracious welcome, and genuine care for the guests’ comfort, she turned my stay into an unforgettable memory. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, really polite, kind, and courteous throughout our stay. Room service was bang on, super quick and always spot on. The food and drinks were excellent, honestly some of the best we’ve had at a hotel. The room itself was finished to a really high standard, modern, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Fresh sheets and towels every single day, which you don’t always get, so that was a lovely touch. Also, even though it’s in the busy Bomonti area of Istanbul, the room was completely soundproof, you wouldn’t have known we were in such a lively part of the city. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, top marks all round.

There was nothing that we didn't like

Hotel is new, well maintained, staff is very effective, check-in and check-out process is fast, rooms are equipped with all standard items, TV set is big enough, but with limited English channels. Breakfast has average selection of foods. Restaurant in the lobby had nice design, very comfortable, but food choice is limited. Hotel location is little bit far from the main attractions, you can rich some major malls or restaurants in a 20 min by foot. Overall impression- very good

Nice and clean place, very cozy and high standard property. Staff is very polite, helpful and welcoming. Tamer at the reception is very humble and welcoming. Hayat from the housekeeping was very helpful even though didn’t speak much English, but she was very cooperative and took good care of me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Days inn hotel at Istanbul. I will definitely consider this place when I visit again next time and also highly recommend. Overall experience is excellent!

I had a good time in the daysinn hotel, clean place, very very very kind and welcoming staff , I like the staff the most because they were very helpful and kind especially Mr Sardar, and the chef Mr ardyn or yardin I forgot the exact name.

The team here are absolutely superb. The front of house staff were very welcoming, hospitable and always quick to assist. Our room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood so there were no issues with noise. Overall, we were totally satisfied with our experience and would recommend to others.

The street was so busy and hard to find a place to park sometimes, the hotel offers valley services but it could be traffic going on

I have just checked out from the hotel and I would like to say special thanks to the personnel of the hotel, especially to Adem and Iman. They were on service when I arrived and when I was leaving, superb service from them, they really nice and greeting throughout my stay.
