Staff at the Buke Bomonti are really good at understanding clients needs, and really quick at offering help. Yağmur (I hope I remember her name correctly) was particularly helpful and kind.

The Wi-Fi was always on and off. Actually, more off than on. I had to buy a data package from EE that costed me 102£ extra. Well, that wasn't fun. I hope the hotel management solves this issue, because the staff was affected by it too.

A special mention to the hotel manager Gokhan, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The complimentary Turkish tea offered in the reception area was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The large windows provided good views, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's modern technology, including touch screens to order cleaning services or request privacy, added a high-tech touch to the experience. The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. It's just a short drive to the main attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Istanbul. The hotel boasts two fast lifts, making it easy to move between floors. The artistic toilets in the lobby area were a pleasant surprise, adding a touch of elegance. We were lucky enough to experience snowfall during our stay, which made the trip even more magical. The children were thrilled and loved playing in the snow. Additionally, my son, who loves cats, was delighted to find many friendly cats around the hotel. One even came into the hotel, and we had a nice time playing with him. In summary, Büke Hotel Bomonti offers great hospitality, modern amenities, and a prime location in Istanbul. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly especially the hotel manager Mr. Gokhan and his team receptionist Ms. Pelin and Mr. Yagmur and Mr. Murat. We had a wonderful stay and the location is very good and it's new hotel very clean and comfy.

Sivan from the restaurant and lobby made every interaction a delight, going out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. His colleagues, Kadir and Ekrem, were equally hospitable, always with a warm smile and ready to assist. The manager, Gokhan, is deeply involved in the guest experience, showing genuine care for the well-being of visitors. His presence added a personal touch to my stay, making it even more enjoyable. As a guest visiting from Amsterdam the Netherlands, I truly recommend Buke Hotel Bomonti the breakfast is a pleasant highlight, offering a great start to the day. Overall, my 5 days stay was comfortable, and I would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

I booked the Büke Hotel in Bomonti at very short notice and had not heard of this hotel before, so I went there with mixed feelings. Today I am extending my stay because of the brilliant service and this beautiful hotel, because I was hosted like a queen. I was warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Murat and Mr. Burak. I was immediately given a Turkish coffee and an introduction to the area, and they even organized a restaurant for my evening date according to my wishes and had me chauffeured there at a reasonable price. You are accompanied directly to your room so that any potential discrepancies can be clarified immediately, but there is absolutely nothing to complain about in this beautiful and incredibly clean hotel.I am amazed at this price and cannot believe that this reasonable price includes this comfort, this hygiene, this staff management and this excellent service. The rooms are much larger than in the pictures and you are right in the center. The breakfast buffet is festively laid out with culinary delicacies and I usually only experience this kind of service in large 5* hotels. Mr. Tacettin and Mr. Burak always welcome every guest with a warm smile and you can't make it to the room without first having a local drink downstairs at the bar. You feel like you're at home, only better! The cleaning staff take their time and there are absolutely no limescale stains in the bathroom. I really thought the hotel was newly opened-it's that clean. The room service even includes a supermarket from 08:00-02:00. Incredibly useful idea if you're on a budget. I love the concept and those little details that you don't usually think about in big hotels and all at this price. You deserve more than 10 points! I had a very satisfying experience during my four-day stay here. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the staff’s genuine friendliness and exceptional hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, which made a big difference in my stay. The room had a pleasant ambiance; while the view from the window wasn’t the best, the space was calm and peaceful.

The only problem was the disturbing behavior of one of the cleaners, but the staff promised that it would be addressed to prevent future issues.

The Manager sir, Gökhan Tacettin they was very good DM on top the manager. He assessed me too much and he was very educated person and the hotel was very very very nice. I was half one night booked. I extended for total three nights and they invite me to the free breakfast, which was not included in the booking. I like it too much and next time I am sure I will book her. Bryce also was good. It was not expensive the area and the location, very good area and there is a parking for my car. I like this hotel and next time for sure I will book her. I will recommend this hotel for my friends as well. You hotel team.
