The location was good and the rooms were clean

Some hotel staff especially the night shift were not so helpful. I asked them about the public bus to sapancha but they got me an expensive taxi way more than what I can get by any taxi driver but when I insist on the bus the refused to help and directed me to “google”. However just across the street there is a small grocery store and they were so much help.

I had a very good time here. The room is very nice, big and comfortable, there is everything you need. The staff is very nice and friendly, in particular Maryam was really great, she helped me with all the information to get around the city in the best way. The spa is really nice and the staff are lovely. I had a great stay here, I recommend this hotel to people who want to relax and enjoy the city of Istanbul.

It was as expected, comfortable stay

The staff is very helpful, especially Mr. Mustafa, Mrs. Nihal and Miss Hilal, the location of the hotel is calm and close to everything

The lighting system in the corridors needs improvement

Breakfast was sufficient. Staff were helpful and caring. Restaurant was clean and quiet. Everything was good, the food was delicious and fresh.

The only thing that could be better would be more frequent cleaning of the floor carpet in the room. It can be cleaned with a foam wash, it wasn't too dirty, it just could have been better. Other than that everything was perfect. Congratulations, we were extremely pleased with your hotel, which I came to with a bit of prejudice. We will come again.

The balcony and the city view it's great. Pretty clean. The staff is helpful and speak English. Ok breakfast.

Location, a few parking spots, like all over istanbul :))

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and flexible. The environment is quiet, so you can have a good rest.

There is some distance from the metro station (M11), it's okay but not super convenient.

Ahmet bellboy had excellent 5 star service and the Indonesian room service guys were great.

They are in service business and mostly clients and guests are foreigners. Just a suggestion if the staff can speak lil bit more English then the life will get easier for everyone. Thanks

Everything was as advertised. I was there for 2 days, and my stay was pretty comfortable. It felt like the hotel was under a renovation no long time ago. It was clean and everything worked. There you’ll find a kettle. The staff was polite and attentive.

Just don’t take breakfasts. l wasn’t able to eat them at all.

Not enough parking places. I did a reservation before and when I have arrived I barely find a place, but this is Istanbul, a big and crowded city
