I like the team . All of them helpfull, greatfull like family. Abla and her assistant who is managing cleaning very nice and Neslihan abla from the kitchen so cute and other her 2 assistance as well very nice there are yong lady and young guy. A lot of thanks to the guys from the reseption for their help and high attention of guests' needs. I stayed 11 days. 10 days from booking and 1 day extension. I was so happy and felt like home . Thanks to those people whom I have mentioned.

Everything

Friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure and during our entire stay. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable, with a powerful rain shower and toiletries provided, as well as a kettle and cups. We asked for milk for our tea - no problem! Breakfast buffet is local style, cold meats, cheeses, olives, also cornflakes and bread, jam, honey etc. Free wi-fi is available but is a bit patchy, not too much of a problem though.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

The location suited me very well, halfway between Taksim and ITÜ, where I had a symposium. The breakfast was very well stocked with sweet and savoury items. The street in which it is located is very quiet and close to shops and restaurants to eat. The room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times.

The only thing I didn't like was that taxis don't provide service except to the airport, otherwise you have to go to the busy streets to get one. In my case, I used the metro service, which is less than a ten-minute walk away and works very well.

We really liked the stay in this hotel! The room was really confortable and clean, there was a safe box for storage as well. The cups and a kettle were a good bonus. The staff is nice, Mana helped us a lot to find the locations we needed. The breakfast is rather good.

Nothing specific to note, just Internet connection had some issues (but it was the Euro footbal final evening)

Staff (especially at night) were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The location was perfect for what we wanted.

The building seemed a bit dated but that doesn't bother me at all. Seemed some things were needed like the door handle was partially broken and the ceiling paint was peeling. Nothing that prevents me from wanting to come back tho.

Amazing staff and service! I came here with a young toddler and the room is spacious and very clean. Any requests were promptly met. We dealt with many staff members and they were all great. The day and night staff. A special mention to Mana, Zeliha and Tariq.

Wifi could be improved.

Great hotel overall. Room was neat and the bathroom clean. Towels, soap and slippers were provided. Reception works 24/7. I was able to check in at 1am no problem. Breakfast was good too, with comfortable time, which allowed comfortable night sleep. Surrounding neighbourhood is clean and calm. Personnel speaks English. Thank you for the hospitality

Good location and friendly staff, everything was clean and well arranged. The breakfast was good with a variety of options.An elevator is present and works well. Only ten-minute walk is all what you need to reach the metro station.

I booked my room through the booking.com. when I came to pay at the property , the POS machine of the hotel was refusing my Visa card, which is the same card I used to book the room in booking.com website. I had to pay cash which was a little bit problematic for me.

Friendly and professional approach of the staff. Especially Mana. She looks like she has a very big experience in the hotel industry. We had some issues about extending our stay in Istanbul and she had meets all our request, so we are very greatful. And all other staff in the hotel were on exceptional level.

Yunis was very kind. The breakfast was minimal, but adequate. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind.

The beds were very hard. The elevator stopped working during our stay and we had to carry our bags down the stairs with no offer of assistance.
