This hotel is very close to a key metro stop linking the main tourist sites as well as the airport. We booked it for this reason and were very happy. The breakfast was also excellent. If you want to avoid staying in the main tourist area and therefore not have the stress of traffic jams to the the airport (note the new main Istanbul international airport is relatively far from the city itself), book this hotel or a hotel nearby. The metro is really easy. Also there’s a carrefour supermarket nearby for stocking up on heathy snacks for the kids as we day tripped around seeing Istanbul’s amazing sites.

It is a great option if your prefer to go to and from the airport by metro. The hotel itself is very pleasant, the views from the balcony was great. The stuff is friendly and the rooms were clean.

The hotel own little shop is quite expensive. The requirement not to bring own food and beverages sounds somewhat unfair. The walking distance from the metro is reasonable even with the luggage, but because of the narrow pavements and the hill it is a good idea to take a taxi on the way back.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, the staff—particularly Haydar and Azat—were very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service! The location is convenient, especially if you have minimal luggage, as it offers easy access to the metro line. We had no issues with cleanliness during our stay. Although I didn't try the breakfast, the price seemed reasonable, and the offerings appeared to be more than sufficient.

It would be beneficial if the rooms included toothpaste; however, the hotel does have a small market on-site where guests can purchase essentials.

Situated in a quiet area, not far from the metro station, very convenient for overnight stays. Nice facilities, overall good experience.

Towels need an update, as well as it would be nice to have some shampoo/conditioner not just 2 in one thing in the shower. The hotel is very quiet but soundproof could be better as you can hear people showering in the next room. Other than that, all good.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Ramadan for providing us with all the wonderful hospitality and reception services, and changing the hotel room throughout the stay from a double room to a room with two views, a lounge and two beds. It's pretty cool and he made this upgrade at no extra price. Thank you very much, and I advise the Saudi people to deal with Mr. Ramadan in this hotel. As for Mr. Ansar Al-Akhar, he was very wonderful in dealing with good manners of hospitality and dealing to the extent that these two people became my friends. Thank you very much. When I come back to Istanbul again, I will only come back to Mr. Ramadan and Ansar. In this hotel, I also thank the workers in the massage department for providing me with many distinguished services, such as reducing the price of massages by 60%, and finally from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Everything is so wonderful

Well equipped hotel - rooms are spacious, comfortable. The mini mart at the lobby and in--house restaurant open until 2am takes care of your every need - at affordable prices compared to outside. I did not use the spa but there is one. Friendly staff.. I could go and and on on why this is a great hotel.

staff are very professional and they are doing the best to satisfy the guest. they have different flexible plans that gives you the opportunity to select what is good for you. the hotel is located in a very good location away from the city noise and near the public transportaion.

It is a beautiful and clean hotel, and the service is excellent. It is somewhat far from the city center, and there are hospitals and dental clinics nearby. The hotel staff are excellent, especially Mr. Emre from the reception and Ms. ATOOSA from the Public Relations Department. They are professionals in their work and perform their work in the best way. They have the initiative to help the hotel guests. They do their work with a smiling face.
