I loved our room it was very modern. It had a nice view and a lovely jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and the 2 girls working there were very kind and made check in very easy and same with checking out. The guy was also very kind to help us take out luggage to our room. The room was clean and well kept. One thing I would have preferred was if there were more than just the one duvet as we are a family of 4 but this wasn’t too much of an issue and we didn’t mind or bother to ask for one which I’m sure the lovely people would have sorted out. The taxis found the location easily and we enjoyed walking to the nearby mall however due to it being quite a steep walk I do recommend travelling anywhere by taxi. We enjoyed staying in the hotel more than we did actually going out. There were 2 TVs and very good air conditioning. Shower gel and shampoo were provided and upon arrival there was water available. It wasn’t too noisy however you can hear people in the corridor sometimes but not often so didn’t bother us at all. I highly do recommend and would definitely stay here again. The view at night specifically is beautiful

The bathroom smelled like sewer sometimes. Could be nice to have breakfasts.

Our room was upgraded without us even asking which was nice. The room and all of its facilities was very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive to all our requests. As the hotel was located in Besiktas, this was a location which was at the centre of many of the other locations we would have travelled to as tourists e.g ortakoy, istiklal etc. There was also a supermarket just 50 metres away from the hotel. Although not located on the main road, it was not far from it and taxi could easily access and locate us.

Although it was quite a clean hotel, there was a lingering sewage smell when we entered into the room which we only noticed when we started using it. However we were not quite sure whether this smell was in the room or coming from outside as we would leave our window facing the road open. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few Nish hotels located close to the this one. Therefore do keep this in mind when using taxis.

The best place for this ammount of money. Clean, new furniture, excellent shower, perfect bads and design!! Plenty choices of light, good fridge, good washing machine (with drying option, which is almost silent)!! We felt like no world around us doesn't exist, very silent and nice.. Plus reception/staff are very kind and friendly... That's it, just nothing to add!! We were blown away with how perfect it is ❤️ We will definitely come back again ☀️🥂

Maybe someone will not like that the Mosque is just near, but for us it was fine

The room was clean, stylish and very comfortable. The location is quite close to metro station. The choice of materials, lighting and furniture is great, looks and feels quality. Air-conditioning really helped us, because the night was a bit cold.

When we checked-in and went to our room, it was occupied with hotel's personnel. That was a funny episode. We had to wait some time, only to get another room (?), which, to my surprise, looked exactly as it was pictured. That was a relief. The kitchen equipment isn't really suitable for full-scale cooking, but it is present and can be used.

it’s a new and modern boutique hotel. the girls at the reception are very nice, i feel welcomed! and the room is big for the price. the location is pretty close to main roads and shops.

if you need any help you have to ask, it’s not a hotel where the staffs are at their feet to help you. maybe because it’s just a small hotel. also, our room is in the basement, it bothers my workmate a little but i’m fine with it. and the kettle in my room is rusty, that could be improved.

hello, I discovered this facility during my visit to Istanbul and I made a reservation. I was very pleased with the facility as soon as I arrived at the hotel, a staff member greeted me and took me to the reception. After completing my registration, I was taken to my room, again accompanied by a staff member. As soon as I entered, a very fresh air and the scent of lavender greeted me. The room was quite large and the furniture was new. the bed was very comfortable. everywhere was very clean and tidy. I was very satisfied. The price was appropriate and the location of the hotel was in a very central place, I did not have any transportation problems. I am sure I will choose this place again next time. Thank you very much to the hotel management.

Everything! Best place I’ve been in Istanbul so far! I had initial problems because my flight has been cancelled in Frankfurt for a strike and wasn’t sure if I could arrive on the day of the reservation. They were very very helpful and polite. At the end I manage to arrive in the right day but the customer care has been amazing from the beginning to the end

This is very much my own preference so take as it is: pillows too fluffy. But other than that everything was above and behind my expectations 😍 Love it!

The ambiance was good , bed was quite comfortable and staff was also very friendly

The wash basin was clogged when we arrived and we had to ask the staff to unclog it. Before one checks in, the room should be inspected completely for all things. We pressed room service button but nobody did the service. We were told that we had to explicitly request at the reception. The location is central but quite hilly on top.
