Food service (Papyon) was terrible which coming from outside the facility like Uber eats (Avoid) - Took at least 40 to 80 minutes to arrive - Very tasteless - Awful presentation - Not match with photos - Received cold

It was comfortable place, but you have to climb uphill. Narrow streets loaded with parked cars, not very convenient to walk because very narrow pedestrian zone. If you use Metro - use exit 3, it will be closer to walk. Metro is very close. There are so many shops nearby, and a super wonderful fruits and vegetables store. The hotel itself is very nice. Especially the personal - they helped in all aspects. Wonderful breakfast is brought to the room every morning which is very convenient. Hot water is available all the time. Wi Fi is ok for messaging but you will not be able to have a Zoom meeting for example. The facilities in the room are a little bit outdated and especially kitchen unit needs upgrade, as well as the bathroom door. There were no kitchen utensils, pans and frying pan. But we asked and the personal gave us everything we needed. There is a huge wardrobe in the room which was very comfortable. But do little amount of hangers. We spent 10 days and we felt very comfortable in this apartment. It has everything you need. Clean, warm, friendly people, nice views, metro is close, as well as bus station, shops and restaurants are near, pharmacies and hospitals and very close to the park and Barbaros square.

I would recommend the owners to renew the kitchen unit and place all the necessary kitchen utensils in the cupboards - there are so many of them but they are empty. Also add a kitchen towel - we had to buy one. Also renew the bathroom door - it does not close properly. And make good speed for Wi Fi - we are living in 21st century and many people travel and work online. So, Wi Fi Speed must be at least 100 mbs and it should NOT be paid additionally. And internet should not disappear in the middle of the online conversation. Good WI FI must be a part of the service and included. At present it’s not your plus point. Hope it will improve in future Add more hangers in the wardrobe. They don’t cost much 😃

This is by far the best Place to be in Istanbul. I loved everything about this place. It’s quiet and has a beautiful view. I was lucky to get the room with the best view. They are serving you breakfast in your room, you can choose if you want to have it on the beautiful balcony or in your room. Air conditioned and spacious. Smart Tv, kitchen, fridge, they’ve got everything!!!! I enjoyed the kindness of the staff very much. They are helpful with everything you need. You can even order food via scan code. The room was very clean and modern. Thank you to the entire staff I would definitely come back. Best time ever.

The staff goes above and beyond here. They were so helpful with directions, answered all our questions/concerns, made my birthday extra special, and even warmed up our dinner leftovers for us in their kitchen. It’s very close to a metro station and the staff can definitely help direct you to where you want to go. They also set up a cab for us back to the airport which was great. The bed is super cozy, a large living space, and a nice little balcony.

Our only complaint is that because we were on the 4th floor we were quite hot and had to have the balcony door open to stay cool. Then because the door was open and the street noise came up we couldn’t hear when staff knocked on our door- so then they just opened it which I understand- but with a hijabi wife is not the best. They have A/C but it’s central not for individual rooms. I think you would be totally fine on a lower floor or if you run cold generally.

The location is perfect near the main attraction pleases , it is clean and quiet, and the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Murad and his other colleague (I forgot his name), as well as the lady who serves the breakfast ,, in general it was good experience staying in this served hotel,, by the way it is my 2nd stays in this hotel

Needs to change the matres in some apartments,, it is little bit old

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, internet connection is very good - we were able to make phone and video calls from two laptops simultaneously. Breakfast that was included was quite simple, but still delicious. The supermarket is very close and you can walk to Beşiktaş center by foot. Especially I would want to thank the personnel of this place, they were very kind and made our stay super comfortable. I would recommend this place.

One thing that could be improved is that to add kitchen supplies to the apartment - pan, stewing pot, etc.

I travelled to Istanbul alone for surgery on my legs and chose to stay here as it was a great location, had an elevator and breakfast. The best part is the staff - they showed me the most care and kindness after my operation. They would check on me to see if I was okay and go out of their way to get me anything I needed. I cannot recommend Apartman Istanbul enough!

The location is the best. Close to public transport, on a quiet street, many places can be reached on foot. The room is spacious. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is served in the room.

There is no soundproofing between the rooms. You will hear every sound from the other room. The building is located at a decent distance from the boulevard and mosques, the noise from the outside is on acceptable levels.

This is the best experience we've ever had staying in a hotel apartment till date. The service is at par, if not better that some of the best 4 star hotels. The most courteous staff, helping us with anything and everything. One of the staff even provided us with his personal Istanbul pass for us to use, so we don't have to look for places to buy a new one. The location was perfectly placed. Just 150mtrs away from the nearest bus stop, where you can catch a bus to go to the starting point of the tram station, which takes you to all the key tourist points of Istanbul. There are grocery shops nearby. Loads of eateries and bars are 15 minutes walk from the hotel apartment. Comfortable and spacious room with large windows filling the room with sunlight and good view of the residential area around. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. They saw her birth date in her passport, and when we came back to the room after roaming around, there was a small cake with beautiful message, waiting for us in the fridge. This was one of the most beautiful gestures we've ever experienced. We cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality. If you're planning to travel to Istanbul, we'd definitely recommend this place to stay.

First of all the neighborhood is very nice and it is one of the luxurious neighborhoods in Istanbul.  The stuff is amazing. Specially a guy named Ali. He is absolutely a wonderful man. I didn’t need anything and I didn’t find it. He even taught me how to use the TAXI application which reduce the cost a lot. Speaking about the apartment it’s very nice quiet luxury and cozy.  Breakfast is delicious. They absolutely know how to run the business. It is a very hard business to be run. Thank you Ali. I hope we meet again soon.
