Çök güzel! This place was perfect for my stay in Istanbul. The room had a great view of the Bosphorus and the bed plus pillows were one of the most comfortable I have experienced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the staff were great at what they did and made my stay a good one. There is a gym which looks pretty good but I didn’t get to use as wanted to explore more of Istanbul. I managed to get a quick swim in the pool which was great as well. There is a great rooftop bar with a great view. There is a spa/massage centre downstairs which did provide a great massages but it was pretty expensive compared so might not be for everyone as you can get cheaper ones elsewhere. Overall, the hotel was perfect place for me to stay and I will come back again on my next visit to Istanbul. The late check out at 12pm was helpful too.

I loved the everything about this hotel. The only thing I might mention would be the breakfast was a bit expensive and finished a bit too early. It would be nice if breakfast was extended from 1030am to 12pm. Also the price of the massage/spa centre as mentioned above is a bit expensive.

Top facilities and it’s not noisy at all even beside a main street thanks to the 5 star level soundproofing window. We care most about sleeping so all we got here satisfied us. Location is also super nice that the bus stop is just underneath the hotel that can link to major transportation terminal like Beşiktaş Meydan.

Nothing specifically. Only that I understand the rooftop floor (which the Bosporus view is amazing!) is only accessible if you spend money in the bar, not free to everyone. But if I am mistaken about this then please pardon me.

The Food and room service it was quick and tasty, the beds were comfy and clean and the Gym was spacious and good, there was a beutiful sky restaurant too with reasnobaly priced fine dining. A luxuios feeling for a good price. also the breakfast was great!

The double room the TV was on the side very uncomfortable you had to twist your neck to watch and no smart tv so no English chanels! the pool was also out of service. Also when the I wanted to wait in the Gym area as my room was being cleaned I asked if I could have water that was there with lemons its in a tank at the reception desk and the asian lady said no! :S she said it was for the people going to the gym/spa.. a bit crazy considerign I was a guest.

The hotel lives up to its advertised promises! First and foremost i have to say thank you to all the staff who were super friendly and dedicated to guests every step of the way, The hotel is clean and well maintained, I couldnt find any negative comments to say, The breakfast was very varied, you have your classic breakfast food, eggs, bacon and beans but besides that they have a salad station with olives, cheeses etc etc, and the bread was of a very high quality, multipje jams, fresh honey comb and much more. The standard room is small but you have eveytging you need and the bathroom is clean and looks new wich is important The pool and jacuzzi are also as advertised,

Location is fine, but a bit far from the old istanbul, but you know that when you book so thats not a real negative point, Price. It’s a bit pricey but you pay for comfort, There are lots or hotels that advertise they are amazing but this one pulls it off,

The staff are lovely and very welcoming. The location is in the center and it was eat to reach most locations easily. it has the best view of the Bosphorus from the deluxe room. The bar at the last floor it has the most spectacular view and music is nice. We asked for a portable bed and they didn’t charge us, it was a nice gesture.

As per a 5 stars hotel, the breakfast is very basic and standard they should add more varieties and more international dishes. They should focus more on the lobby area as there was no kind of welcoming guest or waiters to offer you drinks. You have to go to the bar and ask. The portable bed is not too comfortable, a bit old.

Excellent location, fantastic facilities and staff. The whole ambiance is wonderful- luxurious, relaxed, friendly, super safe. What is more, the hotel is a short stroll from the famous Bosphorus bridge. It is a win win situation😁

The cleaning procedures can be enhanced a little. Although our room was cleaned daily and fresh sets of towels and toiletries were provided, the shower cabin and toilet could have benefited from the use of some sort of detergents. The drain in the bathroom cabin smelled a bit like ditch water.

I am totally satisfied with the hotel and its service. Hospitable reception and guest relation people. Very amiable administrators and waiters in the restaurant and a cleaning serviceman (14th floor) as well . Special thanks to Elif in the Lounge Bar for her attentive attitude. Tasty breakfast and snacks during the day. Happy to stay with my family for the third time.

While booking I chose breakfast included option but it didn't happen ! I am not sure maybe I made a mistake (because sometimes I make this kind of mistake ). I the process of solving my breakfast problem, behavior of the young guy (who was the first responsible of breakfast) could be more politely. But the behavior of shift supervisor was professional and I forgot about the behavior of previous guy. Final solution of my breakfast problem should be solved by Mr. Mert (the guy who checked me in). He was extremely professional and I was very satisfied by his attention to the matter. I think he is very overqualified for standing in reception.

Everything was in a balance with the price

We had a very good staff service. After having tried two rooms and refused them because of the noise from the street (only the Junior suite was perfect as it is situated in the highest floors), they upgraded us to the junior suite. They prepared the bad with red roses leaves for my fiancé, with a very good cocktail and the suite was perfect! They bought a red roses bouquet, which I ordered, which was magic! Thank you to all of the navigator staff!

Good location, with access to a bus stop only 1 minutes walk away, near a nearby convenience store, The roof top restaurant not only provided a lovely menu but the breath taking roof top view from the restaurant added to the comfortable ambience of the restaurant,all basic amenities were supplied in the rooms to make guests stay pleasant and comfortable, very spacious hotel, staff was exceptionally polite,friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Prompt cleaning was provided everyday, definitely a home away from home, the khavalti breakfast was outstanding with so much variety to suit everyone, would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for the perfect stay in Istanbul.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
