We had a wonderful stay at The Public Hotel, where the service was truly top-notch. The staff was welcoming and attentive to every detail, making our visit truly special. The hotel is situated in a quiet and green area, creating a relaxing atmosphere despite being close to the city’s vibrant life. It’s a perfect oasis to retreat to after a day of exploring Istanbul. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was clear that the hotel prioritizes guest comfort and hygiene. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the lovely garden, which made us feel connected to nature. At the same time, it was easy to access local attractions and charming cafés in the delightful Ortaköy area. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellent service, beautiful green surroundings, and a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade upon arrival.The room and the hotel itself were beautifully designed, clean. Although the location is quite vibrant, the room was quite well sound insulated and quite comfy, the staff were very friendly,always there to help if any questions arise.

This is a new and an amazing property at the heart of Istanbul European side near the center of the Ortakoy neighborhood but it’s also in a secluded inner street so no noise. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and has anything you can ever need for a short or longer stay. The prices are a steal so I hope they continue to provide this excellent service at this price point because I’m not staying anywhere else!

Maybe would have been nice to have a fitness center but that’s nothing negative about the property.

The hotel is in a great location, quiet but very close to a busy area with shops and restaurants. We had a beautiful view of the bridge from the kitchen. Friendly and caring staff, Ali helped us a lot with taxis and and other requests, every front desk person was willing to go an extra mile to make our stay wonderful.

Everything was great.

An extremely clean and quiet place with exceptional staff. Upon arrival I was offered a free upgrade to a better suite and they the hotel was also very flexible with arranging a late check-out. All in all the place is perfect for getting yourself a cozy, isolated apartment surrounded with lots of greenery but at the same time live in right in between the eastern and western parts of Istanbul.

The smell of the hotel was very good, and the staff was really really helpful and kind, we asked for a 2-hours extension for the checkout and he said yes with love, wherever we asked from the reception and at any time they were really amazing. thank you, staff, of Public Ortakoy.

Only that there are no services under the building. That was a little bit difficult with the kids that u have To go to the main street for anything.

Highly recommend the Public Ortakoy. The apartment was modern and comfortable with every convenience including a kitchenette. The service outstanding with employees like Ali always ready to help. Locality- very quiet, but near all Istanbul's central attractions. The Bosphorus within walking distance as well as many cafes and shops. It is a very safe area.

unfortunately, the hotel's neighbor had a dog that would bark at random hours of the day and night. (Cannot be helped by the hotel unfortunately)

Really enjoyed my time at Public Ortaköy Hotel. The team was friendly and professional, making check-in and the whole stay smooth. The location is ideal, and the place itself is very clean and modern. Loved the new furniture and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen — great for longer stays. Would definitely come back!
