I’m grateful to all staff, especially cleaners. The room vas cosy and comfort.

Smoking. Guests often smoked in halls despite my asks to administrators. It bothered me to sleep, because there were big gaps under the doors and smog immediately filled my room. One day guests even smoked in the breakfast room, so I was needed to take food with me to my room. And probably breakfasts might be more diverse.

Quite, clean, and very respectful staff. Close to main attractions and worthy prices...

Difficult entry vs. exit from parking..

The room and hotel itself was very nice. Breakfast was well stocked and a lot of variety. While there was a highway within sight the quality of windows/doors kept the room nicely quiet. Barely heard the nearby Mosque call to prayer. Pretty good restaurant and a small market with fresh fruits within walking distance but there are hills in Istanbul. Nice view of the Bosphorus Straight from the rooftop patio.

Not much. Very nice stay. Some of the taxis had some difficulties finding the location and others were no issue. Not in a main road more in a residential area.

Our room was spacious, very clean, and full of natural light. While we didn’t have a view, it didn’t really matter since we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The bed was incredibly comfortable — my friend and I both commented after the first night how well we had slept. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We needed a few items and they went out of their way to get them for us since we didn’t have time to go out. They also received a letter on my behalf and were warm and welcoming the entire time. The location is great, but since the city is insanely big, be prepared to use taxis often — especially to get to the metro or when returning late in the evening.

Excellent, 5 star experience in a boutique-style hotel. Management went miles making this stay unforgettable. Special thanks go to corteous people like Mr. Sebo, Mr. Ozi, Kayra, Değer, Ertoğrul and other beautiful people, who helped throughout the entire stay. Excellent location - steps to Ortaköy Mosque and Bosphorous waterfront, plenty of street food and food delivery services around. The room was upgraded to room with Bosphorus views and delicious late breakfast included. I never had an issue with the parking, valet service is just beyond the expectations. Facilities are meticulously cleaned and are spotless. Endless supply of crispy snow-white towels and fresh linens - thank you to the housekeeping team and hotel's management. Elevator was spot on. Highly recommended place for all ages and countries, business, family and/or romantic holidays. Teşekkür ederim!

-The location is right beside the bosphorus bridge. -Cleanliness was maintained perfectly and room service did a great job. -Catering service was open till very late hours -Water and coffee was free pretty much anytime and staffs were happy to provide. -Dedicated car parking made things easier for us. -Design and size of the rooms are just fine (single room, 2 persons) -Quality of the furniture was good enough for travellers.

-If you do not adjust temperature carefully, might feel too warm. -Slight noisy if you sleep keeping window open as bosphorus bridge is nearby.

The room is very clean and clam you don't notice the road ahead as the views are so nice and there's a strip of shops 12 mins away and 30 mins to taskim and a corner shop 30 seconds away with fresh fruit and all you need. The staff are very helpfull they even organised my son to have a birthday cake delivered with candles and sparkerlers I will most definitely come again I had two rooms the king suite and double deluxe for me and four children 2 adults. The terrace is so peaceful. In deluxe room the bathroom is so big.

You need to add more cushions on the outside furniture three were missing.

Hotel is in a great location - in a part of town that feels more like a neibourhood than a tourist area. Could walk down to the ferry station again in a local neibourhood. Excellent restaurants, cafes etc. Did not feel like I was a tourist which I love. The only thing that I would have liked after a hot sweaty day of being out is an area to chill out - rooftop lounge, pool or similar but again the hotel does not provide that and that's more on me picking a hotel without a pool - no reflection on the hotel!
