Our time at the hotel was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel really welcome. The rooms were clean, which is a big deal for us. Plus, being close to the hospital was really convenient. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff kept checking in to make sure we were happy. Overall, a great experience!

The only improvement point would be having a floor-length mirror in the room. No other improvement needed; the hotel was fantastic!

Staff was perfect, very helpful and the cleanness where they were doing the room everyday changing the towel and bedsheet daily. The hotel is very cozy and perfect for the money I paid.

They don’t have parking. The breakfast was really poor nothing to eat. The curtain in the room were very short to cover the window, was really uncomfortable in the morning.

We had a lovely and comfortable staying at Sirius. We read the reviews and info regarding the room's sizes and we knew they were pretty small and indeed they were but i can't complain about this because everything was as expected and beyond. The bed was very comfortable, with good quality bed sheets, good quality towels and plenty of them. The cleaning was sparkling clean and the cleaning lady came everyday to clean the room and change the towels. I thank her very, very much for this. The breakfast was satisfying. Enough variety for me but yet again, i am not a picky eater nor do i need much. You have boiled eggs, scrambled, different types of cheese, different types of ham, vegetables, fruits, muesli, yoghurt, french toast, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is good. You have next door a supermarket, restaurants and can also go by foot almost everywhere from the location. The metro station is however not so close as we would have liked. It is a quiet area. I am a light sleeper so i was pleased to be able to rest well. I also liked they make a separate wi-fi for each and every person. I have never seen this. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back again.

The location is great and very clean hotel… the best thing is the staff who are very very hospital people … Umut Bey the manager is very nice person who never say no for any help .. Mosa Bey and Anas Bey in the reception are very nice and always smile and give advice about everything… Hassan Bey and Efe Bey are very valuable person in the cafe and make everything tasty.. I will never forget the room service persons with their hospitality .. all the staff are great and more than I imagine .. thank you so much all Sirius Hotel staff and so sorry if I forgot anybody in the property..

The hotel and the staff are simply the best. Everything exceeded my expectations from my last stay. I was already impressed the first time I stayed there, but this time I saw the service at even higher level. Umut Bey, the receptionist was already ready to answer my questions about the city. He took me under his wing and was there to assist with transportation and attractions requests. Lets be honest, most people come to Turkey for medical procedure/s but you need some time to enjoy the city as well. I think a well rounded staff is very important for every hotel. Another staff member I want to mention by name is Hasan Bey, the server. Breakfast was always delusions and he was always very attentive and made sure that the food was outstanding.

There was no scale to weight my bags.

I have stayed at that hotel multiple times and they have always provided exceptional accommodations. Everything was top notch- room, cleaning service, food, amenities, etc. Very professional service- always available and accommodated all my requests. The manager Musa and his team made sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

I needed scissors to cut something but they did not have it. However, I am sure that they will have them next time.

3rd time i have stayed at this hotel as it is perfectly located for my needs and never disappoints. The rooms and entire hotel are very clean, the staff are always happy, polite and willing to help should you need it. Breakfast, although not my thing, it is always plentiful and fresh Hotel is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the main town and the river Sirius otel will be the hotel i choose to stay at when i return to Istanbul

Great location, close to the clinic I was visiting. There are also a few nice food places nearby. Very friendly members of staff.

The sound insulation in the rooms is very poor. You can hear people talking as if they are right next to you. If the neighbors in the next room stay up late and have conversations, it will be difficult for you to fall asleep.

I thought that the breakfast was really nice as well as my room. I especially appreciated the kindness of the staff, as they made my stay in Istanbul so much more pleasurable. They were exceptionally helpful and attended to my every request, such as bringing my medicine from the pharmacy and bringing me breakfast. They were understanding, even when I was in quite a lof of pain. Thank you so much Mr Hasan, Mr Efe and Mr Umut. God bless you.

The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, but I mainly liked the staff. I came for the operation and I was quite brave to come by myself and the staff of Sirius Otel were so so helpful! They attended to my every wish and request that I had, such as bringing me medicine and breakfast to bed. and really made this experience much easier for me than it would have been. I especially wanted to thank Mr Umut, Mr Efe and Mr Hasan. Thank you and God bless you.

The only thing that I'd say was missing was some kind of spa area, since it had 4 stars, I thought that it would be available.
