Staff is friendly and always ready to respond our requests. Rooms were as expected and clean. Location is good but not close to the main touristic places in Istanbul

Breakfast may improve, I booked with breakfast included for 3 days and I think it may be much better. One thermo of coffee for the whole people in the restaurant is not right, in a country like Turkey with one of the best coffees in the world you cannot offer nescafe in sachet for breakfast. Products on the room like peanuts were expired.

The location was perfect right in the heart of Beşiktaş, close to ferry terminals, cafes, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked how quiet it was at night, despite being so central.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the air conditioning could’ve been stronger, especially during hot weather. Also, the breakfast options were limited.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, so kind and attentive throughout our visit. The location was in the heart of the city and close to everywhere. The real highlight was the room, not only was it spacious and spotless, but we were also pleasantly surprised by Emre Bey to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Everything exceeded our expectations

Beautiful room, amazing cleaning service and friendly staff, good location too!

The breakfast was fine but sometimes they forgot to put out water, milk or utensils. And they also served the same plate of boiled potatoes at least 3 days in a row, on the 3rd day, the potatoes started to go purply gray. Otherwise, the food was really good and they baked fresh pastries every day which was nice!

The hotel was 3mins walk from my work so the location was perfect. The room was clean,spacious and the bed comfortable. Shout out to the recptionist named Ufuk who provided excellent service from the beginning to the end of my stay whether giving directions, booking a tour or telling me about Turkish culture. It was my first solo trip and I felt very well looked after.

I came from Italy to this hotel ,It was the amazing experience in this hotel i was there for 4 days .the staff was very kind and hospitable and help me a lot in everything . The room was very clean i liked the breakfast And all the room facilities and about the location i like it because it is so safe and acess to city center was easy thank you dear soner and mustafa . I hope to come to Istanbul again soon and come to this hotel. Thank you for everything

Ufuk was so Nice I love him, all staff working was super nice. I really love the hotel so much. But i burn the sheet with cigaretter and the patron tell me 3000....we look on internet it cost 750-1000.....this made çok angry. But i love the otel and Ufuk great man. Im angry at patron but I will come back to this otel ❤️

We had an amazing experience, the hotel is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a great location. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. A special thanks to Ali, who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. He was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

I loved the bed, it was very comfortable and the facility was clean and tidy. And staff very helpful all the time. Location a bit noisy but very accessible to taxis and public transport.

Breakfast had no variety, too much starch and very little meat. Too much smoking around the hotel and restaurant just below the hotel, smoke would even get to the rooms.

Location is good, very close to a lot of public transportation, also could walk to Dolmabahce. On a Walking distance to a very lively part with restaurants and bars. There is parking , which needs reservation. Reception is 24/7!

Parking entrance was very narrow, you need to be good driver. Breakfast was basic, no normal coffee (only nescafe), but Turkish tea available. Room was loud (looking at the boulevard, at the reception they said it was seaside view - and yes, you could see the sea, if you lean from the window)
