Very friendly staff. Great property. Clean and cozy. Traditional Turkish breakfasts were really tasty. Located near a ferry stop. Highly recommend it for getting around the city.

The location is a bit far from the city center. 20 min just to get to the nearest tram stop.

The staff was exceptionally friendly in this place. Rarely seen in a hotel, very familiar atmosphere. Especially the staff member Nisa was very helpful, even took our 3 month old daughter for a bit so me and my wife were able to have breakfast together. The location is amazing for Beşiktaş visitors, very central but still quiet. . Beds are very comfortable, too, place was very clean. When we come to Istanbul we will stay there the next time as well for sure!

You need to have basic fitness to reach the hotel by foot because it's up a hill. Cars and Taxis can still stop right in front of it.

The rooms were modern and of good size and cleaning was done whenever we requested. The staff were also sweet especially Nisa and Amir. The cleaning ladies were also good and nice. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and of good quantity. We requested for an iron and they provided us. The hotel is close to public transport and to Besiktas seaport. The area is full of shops and restaurants.

We stayed for about two weeks and the breakfast was the same every day. It will be nice at least to change from omelette to fried eggs or menemen or boiled or to gozleme etc.

This is definitely my favorite hotel in Beşiktaş. Well located, on a quiet street but close to the main tourist spots, it also has very comfortable rooms. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel, including for Havaist buses that go to Istanbul Airport. There is also a ferry pier nearby. The room is cleaned daily, and it has everything you need to make tea or coffee, and also bottled drinking water. Very comfortable bed. There is a work space if you need it.

Breakfast could be a little bit better, but that's not a big deal. Otherwise everything is fine.

The property was very clean and comfortable. I had a ‘no frills’ room. I didn’t spend much time there but when I did, I had everything I needed. The shower was good - warm and good pressure at all times, the bed comfy. The breakfast was a simple Turkish one, which I appreciated - there are no options other than for hot drinks but I was happy. The price of the room was great value. The location was quiet and although the surrounding buildings look a little run down, I felt safe walking around. The staff was very friendly and helpful - the reception staff particularly! They were able to advise on sightseeing and ordered taxis for me. I really appreciated my stay here. I was busy with a conference, which I was easily able to walk to from here. There are trams and buses nearby too. I would highly recommend this place for a mid budget option.

This is our second time at Pearls Suites, and it speaks volumes about how satisfied we are. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the traditional Turkish breakfast comes with extraordinary service. Everyone is super friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect, close to the Beşiktaş ferry terminal for exploring Asia and also well connected to the historical part of the city. Magnificent, just like Istanbul itself. We’ve stayed in The Pearl Suites 23/08/24-31/08/24 and we would really like to thank Nisa and (great receptionist guy whose name we cannot spell, but it’s started with A) as they’ve made our stay exceptionally amazing. The hotel is located in amazing place. If you’re searching for a stylish hotel in a quite street yet 5 minutes away from all the shops, restaurants, ferry stop, Bosphorus - you need the Pearl Suites. Everything was indeed perfect. This is not our first time in Turkey, but first time in Istanbul. Yet we can say that we’ve never been treated better in Turkish hotel. The rooms are stylish, super clean, bright and has everything you need (and if not, then friendly hotel staff will help you out). Thank you the Pearl Suites, we will definitely come back. P.S. your receptionists definitely deserve a raise. 😂

Location is just 5 minutes walk from the ferry station, there are a lot of small restaurants around. Apartments were very clean and quiet, breakfast is good and the staff is very polite. Free WiFi is available everywhere. It's good enough for video calls but in the morning and in the evening quality and speed significantly downgraded. Connection can be lost every several minutes. Many thanks to the staff and the hotel.

Also breakfast start since 8:30, so if you want to visit museums while queues are still short in the morning or have a meeting at 9:00 at the office, you should take breakfast outside. Both problems are not a big deal actually.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and a very convenient location- the hotel was a very good choice and definitely a value for money. The staff would make the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and assist us with our request.

Nisa on reception was so helpful when my friends airport transfer went wrong (not the hotel’s fault) She did everything she could to rectify this . Calling multiple people and keeping me fully informed. My friend arrived safely, she was given a complimentary breakfast and an early check in . I am very pleased I booked this hotel for her as I don’t think she could have got anywhere else that showed such concern for her welfare . Highly recommended hotel .
