The staff are incredibly friendly going above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Any questions or small requests we had were answered and completed impeccably. This hotel and its location are amazing. I received the high levels of customer service and a room expected of a much larger, much more expensive hotel chain but also got to experience the friendliness and genuine charm of a small local establishment. The local people, cafes and businesses are all so kind, fun and caring - much better than some larger parts of the city! Public transport was easy to find if you want to go exploring but shopping, food and entertainment are all within a 5 minute walk through the incredibly lively streets. I have already recommended Valente to all of my friends and family if they are to ever visit Istanbul. (A note to potential guests: This is located in a lively and vibrant part of Istanbul with great night-life and restaurants, so if you like to go to bed early bring some headphones or something to cover the faint sound of cars and conversations in the street. Don't stay here and then leave a bad review that you could "hear the city". Every other part of the experience you will have is more than worth a little noise!)

Nothing. Everything was good. Except it’s a busy and noisy street and the windows are not isolated. So even at night you hear everything from outside. Less okay if you’re light sleeper. Oh and parking is a big trouble too

from first step hotel i get best recpetion from hotel staff spcieal Mr.Emer he try to help us with all good spirit. after that i get my room it was auper clean and space for room was perfect all things in room is good. i like allthing about stay in Valenete hotel and i will return again.

One of the best place I ever stayed. Position is excelent, close to everywhere you want to see in Istanbul. I ve been many times in Istanbul but this place and this area was the best for me. I reccomand!! Beside that the staff is great very polite!!

Great hotel, very good location, staff was helpful. Great bed, very clean and comfortable. Ferry is just a few minutes away and there is everything needed on the hotel street.

Although ferry is very close, the other methods of transportation are not that close. You will walk 25 minutes to reach tram/metro. Did not bother me, as even if I had them closer, I would still have picked ferry, it's just the best way to travel around and it offers most flexibility when it comes to planning daily trips.

The hotel is in a great location, city center, with lots of cafe, bar and restaurants. The neighborhood has a vibrant vibe with many shops. The hotel itself is sparkly clean. You will feel super comfortable with all the amenities provided in the room. The staff are AMAZING and very professional especially Engin. I showed up in the hotel with 2 guests, as their flight was canceled and had to stay over night. Engin was very genuine and allowed them to stay in my suite free of charge. Which was a bonus to me. I have stayed in this hotel in 2021 and 2022 and every time it feels like you are the first person using the room. The smell, the cleanings, the sheets are all very refreshing. The rooms are big and spacious. I have booked multiple rooms throughout the years and all of the rooms are uniquely designed. I highly recommend this hotel for families and young people who likes to have a great time and experience in the city. The staff help you arrange taxi and hotel transportation.

We've had a superb stay. The staff is amazing. Emre, Engin, and the other staff member who we've met at night. The ladies from the staff were very kind and supportive. The location is perfect. Besiktas Hotspot, cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants, public transit all in 5 to 10 min reach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.. We've stayed there for 6/7 days, wish we could stay longer. The beds are comfortable.. If you're in doubt where to stay, try this place. You won't regret it!

Everything was in good working condition. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is wonderful-near lively streets but not too loud. Such great restaurants and shops all around the hotel. Public transport is within walking distance.

Wi-Fi showed that you were logged on but you couldn't go anywhere. Cleaning happened twice in 6 days although we had the sign on for 4 days. Slow elevator, but got a great workout running up the stairs. Have to ask for extra coffee.

The location of the hotel was superb. All what you need is steps away. Lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars & cafes. Bus stop & Ferry are 8 minutes walk (beautiful walk). We will definitely come back

The hotel location is in a 24 hours busy area with so many facilities surrounding it. It is our third stay in the hotel staff and management never failed to amaze us with the professional service and assistance. The Manager, Yusuf, was very helpful and thoughtful.
