I stayed at this hotel at the end of May 2025. The staff is polite, they will always help, show and tell you everything! Good value for money-location! Sights are nearby, the pier is nearby, the bus stop is nearby! Taxi is caught! The room is clean, tidy, my room had a sea view! There is wi-fi, for me it is important, a safe, a small refrigerator. I recommend it to everyone 🙂 I plan to stay here in the future. Thank you!

The front desk staff were personable and kind, and went out of their way to help me with any questions. They even helped me run an errand, as I speak no Turkish. The location is excellent, accessible to transit, taxis, and a great neighbourhood. Great choice if you prefer a Turkish neighbourhood and night life. I always felt safe, as a woman traveling alone. Great coffee and snacks right outside the door. And the nearby square is full of life in the evenings. Great value for the price.

The hotel is located close to Dolmabahche palace and other museums, also close to bars and restaurants. The room itself was not very big, but newly decorated and it had everything we needed. The gentelman on the reception was very friendly and helpful: he sorted out our dispute with taxi driver who asked x4 the price for crossing the bridge.

The fridge was switching off together with the rest of the electricity when leaving the room. The location of the hotel is also the main disadvantage: it's right on lively street and if you are not going to party until late at night, you might have issues with your sleep, because there are loud people and cars honking outside until at least ~2 am. It was a little challenging to find the hotel entrance although it's on the main street.

I want to say thank you to the hotel staff! Very friendly, speak several languages and are always ready to help. Very polite.

At first I was upset by the view from the window that overlooked the technical floor, but then I was glad that the window did not overlook a busy street, because it is a very busy area and there is a lot of noise on the street. I advise everyone to take a room with a view of the courtyard if you want to sleep better

The staff was perfectly polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel features large, comfortable rooms that are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Beds were cozy, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I strongly recommend you.

Location could not be better. Next to museums, affordable street food and shopping. 100 meters from ferry boat to the old city that will save you a long car ride there. Quiet silent rooms on the back part. Front rooms with balcony and superb view to the Bosphorous. Very friendly helpful staff. Step free walk in lobby. Ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Location was perfect with stunning view over the Bosphorus. It was located super close to any major area with Istanbul best sites to view. Ferry and bus stops right next to hotel. One bus away from the airport. And area filled with shops, bars, restaurant and available very late in the evenings. Located next to busy road but once the balcony doors closed you can’t hear much of busy Istanbul outside.

In the room there were only available 2 pillows for 2 people. It might be individual preference but for the value we would expect at least 2 pillows per person. Also no large towels so used wardrobes provided as towel replacement.

i went there once 2,3 years ago , and still all of them are like new , and the management team are amazing and friendly and supportive , and the have the best location, the bus is in front of the hotels door , and you can enjoy besiktas meydan every single night by walking from the hotel.

- Not sure whether this was a one-off issue or not, but during our stay for 3 nights we did not get hot water in bathroom. The reception said that they are fixing the boiler, but they could not fix it during our 3 days of stay, which is unfortunate and unprofessional. As we are from tropical weather, it was difficult for us to shower with cold water which we found to be biting cold.

We literally loved how helpful and nice the staff. As soon as our booking was confirmed, I had a message from the hotel asking how I am and if I need any transportation and stuff which was super nice and respectful. I also had a small problem with finding the entrance and I texted Mr.Osman. he was waiting for me by the door to make it easier. The hotel was clean and amenities were very enough. Design of the room is very cozy. Some of the comments were saying rooms were noisy but our room was on the quiet side so we didnt face any issues. For our next stays, this place probably will be our place from now on. Very happy to discover

The only problem I believe, there were no sign of the name of the hotel. I was quite close but not sure as I couldnt see any name around. Basically there is reception writing but it is kind of in a passage next to a restaurant. Hard to see. However, they helped me to find it easier which was a plus.
