The hotel is located close to Dolmabahche palace and other museums, also close to bars and restaurants. The room itself was not very big, but newly decorated and it had everything we needed. The gentelman on the reception was very friendly and helpful: he sorted out our dispute with taxi driver who asked x4 the price for crossing the bridge.

The fridge was switching off together with the rest of the electricity when leaving the room. The location of the hotel is also the main disadvantage: it's right on lively street and if you are not going to party until late at night, you might have issues with your sleep, because there are loud people and cars honking outside until at least ~2 am. It was a little challenging to find the hotel entrance although it's on the main street.

Location was perfect with stunning view over the Bosphorus. It was located super close to any major area with Istanbul best sites to view. Ferry and bus stops right next to hotel. One bus away from the airport. And area filled with shops, bars, restaurant and available very late in the evenings. Located next to busy road but once the balcony doors closed you can’t hear much of busy Istanbul outside.

In the room there were only available 2 pillows for 2 people. It might be individual preference but for the value we would expect at least 2 pillows per person. Also no large towels so used wardrobes provided as towel replacement.

We literally loved how helpful and nice the staff. As soon as our booking was confirmed, I had a message from the hotel asking how I am and if I need any transportation and stuff which was super nice and respectful. I also had a small problem with finding the entrance and I texted Mr.Osman. he was waiting for me by the door to make it easier. The hotel was clean and amenities were very enough. Design of the room is very cozy. Some of the comments were saying rooms were noisy but our room was on the quiet side so we didnt face any issues. For our next stays, this place probably will be our place from now on. Very happy to discover

The only problem I believe, there were no sign of the name of the hotel. I was quite close but not sure as I couldnt see any name around. Basically there is reception writing but it is kind of in a passage next to a restaurant. Hard to see. However, they helped me to find it easier which was a plus.

- Great great great location, I will stay in this hotel again - Room aesthetically very nice as per the pictures provided - The public bus stop was just in front of the hotel - Beshictas ferry terminal is just opposite the hotel across the street - The eagle square and restaurants are just 3 minutes walk which are open until late night - Our room came with a balcony, which though not sea facing but we really enjoyed it

- Not sure whether this was a one-off issue or not, but during our stay for 3 nights we did not get hot water in bathroom. The reception said that they are fixing the boiler, but they could not fix it during our 3 days of stay, which is unfortunate and unprofessional. As we are from tropical weather, it was difficult for us to shower with cold water which we found to be biting cold.

i went there once 2,3 years ago , and still all of them are like new , and the management team are amazing and friendly and supportive , and the have the best location, the bus is in front of the hotels door , and you can enjoy besiktas meydan every single night by walking from the hotel.

Location is great!! right between upscale shops, cocktail bars etc and the more bustling street / night life

The entrance doesn't match the exact address location on google maps and reception has no signage. Entrance is on the main street, around the corner.

Staff was great and polite

the street car sounds is very high also the bathroom was not working perfectly but it could be handled, the first day we couldn't sleep over 2-3 hours because off the noise, so we went to the lobby and they gave us a noise puds that was better than the first night

I came for business in the Bacesir area and the location is brilliant - close to the offices, but central for the local people and not overrun by tourists. The hotel is well insulated from the noise so it wasn't a problem to sleep and work. If you are especially sensitive just bring a pair of earplugs. There is everything that you need after work - shops, supermarket, bars etc. Would stay here again. And a special shoutout to the manager of the hotel - extremely helpful guy.

Great location, good value and very comfortable stylish rooms with good air conditioning. Slippers and robes provided to add extra comfort which was a nice touch.

Sometimes my shower would trickle for a minute or two, but did resolve itself eventually.

One word, INCREDIBLE!!!! :) If I could rate it more than 10, I would! This hotel is underrated and it lets you live the raw experience of Istanbul. Honestly speaking this is the best hotel ever. I stayed from 7th till the 15th of July with my husband and our 1 year old son. The staff were very friendly & helpful! The View: 10/10 picture perfect. Location: 10/10 in the heart of Istanbul 2 steps away from public transportations & tourist attractions. Lively location & never a dull moment. The room: 10/10 clean and very functional with a balcony viewing the magical Bosphorus sea. Staff: 10/10 unfortunately I forgot their names but they’re the BEST! they made our first family vacation amazing :) Thank you so much for making our vacation incredible. We will definitely return without a doubt.
