Very friendly and nice staffs , great location of the hotel and it's facilities such as comfortable bed and sofa and kitchen in a big room with enough sunlight , temperature and light .

Sometimes i heard noise related to construction of building and the staff said it's from our neighbours. There wasn't liquid for washing dishes although it has washing machine and dishwasher machine. WiFi in the room was poor sometimes and I had to restart it. In the lobby the WiFi was excellent. Free transfer was only from airport and one-way although in booking reservation free transfer was written.

location is excellent , the value is good for what i received , reception staff are great specially mr.caber & the lady , very helpful all the time , house keeping doing very good job in cleaning all the days same level , checking in & out are done in short time with very big smile & well-coming warm store room is available for my mother wheelchair , helping in & out . heater system is excellent .

We really enjoyed our stay here and the boutique feel of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved that we had a balcony and view of the city where we could sit and drink our coffee in the mornings. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that the AC was located over the bed so it kept the room nice and cool. We enjoyed the included breakfast as it was a really nice way to start our day and we didn't have to go searching for food in the mornings. The staff were very friendly and dropped off water bottles to us everyday and cleaned our room. We also loved the location. The hotel is on a very quiet street and we didn't hear any city noise, but we were just a few blocks from dozens of cafes and restaurants and the night life. We would definitely book here again!

The elevator was a bit small and claustrophobic

The location was on a quiet street, very near to some of Istanbul's attactions. There is a street full of cafe and bars just a few steps down and the Bosphorus are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was huge with a sofa that fit two adults and even came with a washer & dryer to help your rotation. There are also several groceries shops around the corner which helps if you want to get some snacks or supplies.

Only one english channel on TV and wifi not strong enough to load streaming videos (youtube/ netflix etc.). The lockset is a little antiquated but is safe enough.

Front office staff Ali, Haroon & rest of the team were so polite & helpful, Location is quiet but a bit up hill, restaurants, Bars, Cafes, & shopping are only 10s of meters away, Bus stops & ferry are 4 to 8 minutes walking, Basiktas Center is 6 minutes walking.

Our family of 3 stay at Turkuaz Suites Bosphorus was fantastic! The staff in reception was welcoming and attentive from the start. The room given to us was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches. The location was perfect. Overall, an exceptional experience—we recommend this hotel for your family as well.

View around the hotel was not good but the hospitality of staff was marvellous, if I want to go istanbul again because of staff maybe I will go again same hotel.
