The staff are perfect very helpful and kind, perfect spot for eating out, supermarket 10meters down, shopping and doctor offices nearby

Cleaning service is perfect. But the rooms are a little worn out. The curtains and carpets need in depth cleaning. Still it is my favorite place to stay in Istanbul

Location was excellent. The reception staff are very proffisional, extended excellent customer service and were kind & courteous at all times 24/7

Cleaning crew and standards were extremely excellent. But I had a major & serious problem with Bayram (only one of the cleaning crew). He was very vulgar and disrespectful . He consistently knocked very strongly on my room door every day, with and without the red light on for service. Even when I responded "no service today" and "Hayer service bugun", he still opened the door and went inside my room couple of times/days!!! This blatant invasion of privacy was very shocking to me. I really think there is something seriously wrong with this guy. I complained to management and made sure I had my privacy after that.

Accessible to friends staying at the Swissotel. It was very clean and the staff were very comfortable

In the information file it said they offered a “complimentary” breakfast but there wasn’t one. Maybe the wording needs to change. They changed my sheets and towels everyday but perhaps they could have offered guests the option of every other day?

Great Property! We had a long delay and the check in was done at 2am with no issues at all! Great staff and very friendly! Amenities very close by and the area is very clean, safe and beautiful! The room was extremely spacious and loved the amenities it provided!

breakfast was not included and it was a little expensive in my opinion and i had breakfast just once , but the breakfast itself was good enough . we were 2 boys and were not comfortable to sleep in a queen bed together but the staffs came and convert the sofa into a quen bed . not a sofa bed, i mean exactly a comfortable queen bed. i'll upload the photos.

Honestly, there was no problem to complain and it is really worth the money you pay. the only thing that may improve their hospitality is to having a 24-hour restaurant to order for having in-room foods.

Staff is very supportive from the very beginning of my check-in. All my requests and inquiries were responded to promptly and resolved in favor of the client, I appreciate this. The hotel is cozy, the location is excellent, the room is clean

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and professional. The hotel is located at a nice, safe and central location, it is close to everything but the room was still quiet.

There are no rooms with seaview or a balcony.

Housez suites and apartments is a great hotel by all means. It is located in the center of Istanbul and it’s near the sea, several cafés, restaurants and many shops. You’ll find every type of transportation near it too. We are so glad that we chose this hotel. And I would like to thank all of the workers of the hotel especially: Mr. Murat, Mr. Sedat and Mr. Sadi for their cooperation and hard work. Finally, I would like to thank booking for giving us the chance to discover this hotel.

Location, caring and attentive personnel, and value for money

Getting off a car/taxi can be problematic given the narrow road leading to the hotel

The hotel is ideally located between calm and more busy neighborhoods, between local and more touristic quarters and it's walking distance from Besiktas pier. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

The soundproofing of the window did not shield from the noise of some cars passing by with their car audio blasting.
