The location is good and easy to get everywhere .

The cleanliness, they need to work on that , our room was not cleaned properly when we checked in.I had the feeling that just the bed sheets and towels were changed, nothing else was done. I found a lot of long black hair on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom, which means the floor was not cleaned. When I told that to the gentleman at the reception who claimed as well to be a manager, the answer that I've got was that if I am looking for hair on the floor in purpose of course I will find it, he said that the most important in a hotel are the bedsheets and towels to be clean. This is not an answer that a guest should get after checking in , so they need to pay more attention to the cleaning. Other than that, the rooms are nice , and the location is great .

The location is in a local neighbourhood with restaurants, bars and cafes close by. It is quite centrally located. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well appointed. The staff are very friendly and courteous. There is a lovely bar on the first floor of the hotel with a nice vibe. The proprietor and locals who visit it are warm and friendly.

Could not get espresso coffee in the mornings. There is no room service for food. You will have to walk for a few minutes, to Pablo cafe, to get some good coffee in the morning.

The cleaning lady was also very sweet and did her best - Roomservice you can order 24/7 from a menu and extern company will deliver to your room. You can pay with card - Location is good! You can walk in 5-10-15 min to any direction and find lots of stores, cafe’s and monuments Overal i had a good time here and for my first time in Istanbul i am happy i chose bosfora as my hotel!

GöKSEL IS THE BEST RECEPTIONIST EVER! i rarely leave feedbacks but this is BEST EXPERIENCE. Please increase salary for this guy. First he hold securely our staff while we were in the city and then he ordered cheap taxi for our flight back home. Always was gentle and responsive with our questions. Literaly saved us money and a lot of nerves.

The hotel is well situated, close to shops and restaurants. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Mr Goksel and Mr Mahmet were welcoming and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately during our there was some road work and maintenance work happening. Nonetheless, it still managed to enjoy our stay.

I only have good things to say about this stay. The hotel is amazing, very spacious, and well-located. In terms of customer service, it was one of the best I’ve experienced so far. Mr. Ali and Mr. Göskel were simply incredible—very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back to this hotel, as it was extremely welcoming. 100/100

When I booked the room was written deluxe room with view but that was not the case. A little bit noise from the street at the front but after 2 nights they changed my room to a quieter.

The room was perfect with all the comforts needed for a relaxing comfortable stay.Mr. Goksel who was front of house was very helpfull with arranging everything for us above and beyond, transports places to visit and wonderful advise to go for the hamam. We were treated amazingly well.. Definately going back again . 100% .. Thanks alot to the staff .. was a home from home feeling

Recently stayed at Hotel Bosfora in Istanbul and had an excellent experience. The hotel is fantastic, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. Göksel was incredibly kind, helpful, and interesting to talk to, making my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's location is also ideal for exploring the city.
