• Room service response time was very long. • Despite requesting early check-in in advance, I had to wait until 2:10 PM without any gesture of hospitality, such as a complimentary drink or lounge access. Given my early morning arrival, this lack of consideration was disappointing. Additionally, no late check-out was offered to balance the experience.

The room view was amazing. The staff on the reception were so professional . The hygiene level was extra super.

1.In the main entrance there was a huge table blocking a white marmeral water fountain. I felt that you couldn't take the benefit of having such a piece of art in your hotel. 2. There wasn't anykind of marketing for the events that took place in the hotel.

The loft room was exceptional, the view was amazing, the lobby was beautiful and the hotel staff we're top line. Big thanks to Yaprak in housekeeping management that helpt us send an item that was left by accident in our room by taxi to the airport. Top of the line excecution Yaprak! We are very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel and their loft room to anyone.

Housekeeping was beyond amazing. Cleaning was exceptional, and staff/ service at the Lobby Cafe were beyond amazing!!

Despite the politeness and “above and beyond” treatment of housekeeping staff, the reception staff were a bit stubborn, they were quickly and stubbornly saying “No” to my concerns instead of trying to think of a possible solution, and that did not make me feel good during my 2 weeks stay. And the breakfast at the hotel - the food was good, however they are ending it at 10:30 am, even on the weekend. I believe it is very early for the people on vacation. At least they could do 11 am.

The view was superb, the bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was very good. We were half board and the restaurant was great, very nice food. Every member of staff, especially Bek on reception and Ivan in the restaurant, was wonderful. The hotel gym was probably the best one we have ever seen, fantastic!!

The pool was not open. We overlooked it from our room and it looked very inviting but we were told it was closed until May. If we had known that, we would have booked another hotel as the weather was lovely and we would have really enjoyed an afternoon by the pool; really disappointed. Also, guests are allowed to smoke in the outdoor part of the restaurant so you could have someone blowing their fag smoke all over your dinner!!

We had booked a two-bedroom suite facing the sea for four nights, the reception was done very quickly and the behavior was very good and kind in all areas. On the last day, when we checked out the room, we requested to stay longer in the hotel so that it would be close to the time of the plane ticket. The reception agreed to check in the room two hours later which was very helpful for us. The view in all the rooms was excellent, the room temperature was good and very quiet, it was very nice that there was no outside noise coming in, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast It had a pleasant environment and the breakfast was varied. the Christmas decorations inside and outside the hotel were very beautiful, the stay at Switzerland Hotel was pleasant and pleasant, and the atmosphere of the hotel was particularly relaxing, we will definitely choose this hotel again in the next trips

Only the single beds could have been a little wider, It is recommended to increase the variety of fruits in breakfast The children's playground should be improved a little

This hotel feels like more like a resort! There is a nice vibe at the pool and my toddlers enjoyed the outdoor playground and kids pool. My husband and I partied in the rooftop bar called Roof16 which gets pretty full and is trendy. Our hotel suite was huge and the room service food and restaurant food was delicious and very quick. The service is outstanding and the hotel has the MOST amazing smell. We were treated so well and with so much care. They are welcoming of all races and cultures. I highly recommend it for families with small children or younger couples.

- The rooftop bar music can be heard from the hotel rooms but at least the sound is off by 1h30am - I dont think this hotel is suitable for people who like quiet places or are here for business or for old couples - There's a lot of people at the reception area which can be overwhelming for hotel guests

We had one night only in this hotel and next time we will def book it again and stay longer. I enjoyed the view from our room so much, directly overlooking on Bosphorus is all I wanted. So worth it! The bed was extra soft and comfy, we sinked into the mattress, pillows soft and fluffy as well. Also total black out curtains were helpful for a good sleep and rest. Mini bar had some nuts and soft drinks but we preferred the bar downstairs for everything we needed for such a short stay. Roof top bar opens at 17h so it is a pity for a such place with such a view not to use it for a breakfast/brunch but nevermind. Nothing but really nothing to complain about, we were too short so I could give a more detailed explanation. Staff amazing, the bar amd lobby so nicely decorated and beautiful, I adored it.

We had a pleaset stay at the Swissôtel, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was getest, walking distance from ortakoy, and 15 min from Sisley, Nisantasi. The housekeeping and the roomservice was great.

it is expensive €€€€ When I booked it was written that the breakfast is included in the rate, but after payment I found out that it is not!! And it costs almost 35€ per person Otherwise everything else was excelent. and I have tried the hair salon it is is soooo expensive too. It costs almost 270€ for hair & makeup and this rate is very expensive in Turkey, in comparing to other hair salones which costs less than 100€ for the same service.

The restaurants & bars served delicious food and drinks with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide array of fresh and tasty selections. The service was impeccable. THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
