It's a Good 4 star hotel offering all the expected amenities, and maintains good cleanliness. It has a nice lobby with a waiting area, a library and a bar area. The rooms are spacious and the furnishing is good. Bathroom amenities are also good. The breakfast spread has lot of options, and the terrace restaurant has a great view of Bosporus. Only few rooms facing Bosporus have a great view, rest of them face the front street or a Hotel building behind. Location of the hotel is a Big Plus because of the connectivity it offers. It's located on an inclining road connecting Kabatas and Taksim (near Dolmabahce palace and the football Stadium). So basically, You are easily connected with the whole Istanbul just by using public transport. (Check Map) You can walk uphill for 7-8mins to Taksim square. Or take those garden stairs downhill, to reach Kabatas in 4-5 mins. Kabatas is like the main station for Trams, Metros, Ferries and Buses going all over Istanbul. Taksim similarly is another great connectivity option. So it's Great for tourists and people on business trips. There are supermarket\stores, medical stores, cafes, restaurants and pubs in buildings adjacent to the hotel, for any quick needs. Parking is available, but is limited, so informing the hotel in advance would be a good idea. Staff is professional and helpful. For the first time visitors or people who prefer to walk, Istanbul is located on hilly areas, so Incline/Decline streets are everywhere. A comfortable pair of shoes is a must.

I like the interior of the hotel. It feels very calmly. Staff are great specially Aziz & Deniz. Special thanks also to the staff (forgot to ask his name) who booked us the taxi going to the airport. Breakfast is good but quite expensive.

1) The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walking distance to Taksim square and Istiqlal street. Galata Port is also easily reached walking. It is possible to take the ferry to the Asian side of Istanbul or the Princesses island using the Istanbul Card. There is also a nearby tram station that can take you to the old town and other places. 2) The Room was very clean and spacious 3) The bath area was excellent with a good selection of amenities including a toothbrush and shaving kit. 4) The bed and pillows were very comfortable. 5) Sound isolation was good and allowed good sleep at night. 6) The breakfast served at the rooftop was adequate with a nice sea view 7) Water bottles were replenished daily

Overall it was a good experience with almost nothing to dislike except for the in-room dining menu and the selection of satellite TV channels which were a minor issue.

Receptionist and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the Bosphorus Strait and surrounding area from the restaurant.

The room with city view where I stayed, only had a view of the building opposite. There was no real view of the city, per se.

Lovely posh hotel far from the noise but next to seaside, universities, local coffeehouses and luxury Nobu. Everyone could find its own places of interest nearby. Rooms are comfortable, clean and have aristocratic decoration. Breakfast is nice too. Staff is amazing: helpful, careful and friendly; they are really professional people. Stayed many times, highly recommended.

Never order taxi from the staff (unofficially)! There’s 3 options to get an airport: 1. Minivan from a hotel. It’s huge, expensive and too big (and unsustainable because of pollution) for 1-2 persons. Last time the driver smoked one cigarette after another and we were nearly poisoned 2. Order taxi via Uber or other applications by yourself 3. Order taxi via staff (they use someone they know). Unfortunately, I used the 3d option and it was a disaster. Taxi was late, it was unpleasant and unclean, driver was loudly talking the whole way to airport (30 min!) by phone and payment by card was 12% higher then the amount in cash. Do not recommend anyone to use it’s services

Very excellent hotel experience. Hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beautiful art work in the lobby, fine attention to detail. Room service was the best. Truly amazing staff with high professionalism who worked tirelessly with the highest standards. Special thanks to Suat and Tuna for their tireless work. Breakfast was great with lots of options, served in a very nice restaurant incredible view of Istanbul and Bosphorus. Excellent WiFi connectivity. Location was good as well. Quiet area with no road noises but within walking distance to Taksim square, the M2 and T1 metro lines. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book with them again.

Lovely view and light in the room on 6th floor. We also appreciated having a later checkout and a nice lunch in the restaurant on the ground floor .

The staff were charming bt did not communicate any local knowledege like good places to eat or sights to see in the neighbourhood. The hotel has a brilliant view and the top floor restaurant was not a 'happening ' place for dinner . The hotel should should also offer a local hamam to guests, and one that they have an established relationship with. Tea and a small snack should be offered to guests on arrival as has been my experience in even 3 star hotels in Turkey in the past . We were also woken up by alarm at 3.30 in the morning , when we had booked a taxi to leave at 3.30 in the afternoon the result of verbal miscommunication in English - as we did specify the afternoon .

Location is near kabatas tram Station and kabatas ferry . I arrived at sabiha airport, took tram to kadikoy, from kadikoy took ferry to kabatas. Hotel is across the road from kabatas ferry terminal but up hill so walked towards dolmabache park and took stairs up. The total travel time from airport to hotel was approx 1 hr and 45 minutes but If one doesn't have luggage it is fun and cost effective. It cost me around 44 tl otherwise cab was approx 700 tl and take 1 hour from airport to hotel. Kabatas tram goes to old istanbul , grand bazar, galata port. Dolmabache palace is just at 5 minutes walk, taksim is at 15 minutes walk. So all main attractions are easy to reach. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and all toiletries are environment friendly.

To get the taxi in front of hotel at peak hours is tough. Its better to book in advance if want to go out at peak traffic time.

Their housekeeping is outstanding, and the hotel is spotless. I liked the hotel's location, which is close to everything, and this was my third time staying in the hotel. Regarding the breakfast, it was okay, yet they need to add more varieties and options; it was minimal and repetitive. I want to thank all the staff, starting from the reception, housekeeping, security, F&B, and the manager.
