Fatih was very considerate of our needs and he provided whatever we asked for, I visited Istanbul to see my elderly wheelchair-bound grandmother, and it was difficult to find a good affordable place quite central in Taksim, initially we made a booking for a suite but Fatih managed to give us two separate rooms so my granmother had the toilet which was for wheelchair and also there was no step, he also helped with wheelchair and put a ramp at the entrance of the building. He also helped me in finding an affordable laundry, market and pizza places... This is a key if you have helpful hotel staff then your journey would be easier. Breakfast was really good and fresh affordable depending on your choice, worth even just paying at the site no need to pay beforehands during your booking.

Just a bit noisy from the suite on Friday night as it was a football match, not much to say it was negative, overall we had a pleasent experience and I would recommend Juno hotel to someone else! Please be aware of taxis in Taksim!!!! They are majority scammers DO NOT go with any fixed prices, find out what prices are online using taxi calculator, use the taxi app or ask hotel to get you a taxi.. we had a taxi driver who was really rude and left us halfway through.. this happened twice to us so don't trust any of the taxi drivers which is a shame, instead of being welcoming and try to leave a good memory for a tourist they literally want to rip you off and insult your intelligence...

Super well located. 100 meters from TAKSIM Square. was very clean. It is beautiful, comfortable, bright, and ventilated. Everything smells very good. The wifi is super good. It has an elevator. The people at the reception are very helpful, respectful and kind. I arrived at 2 am due to a delayed flight and the reception was still working. It has an elevator. There is no noise in the area at night, and my room faced the street. The bed was comfortable. Obviously I will return to this hotel.

The breakfast is quite basic. You get a big platter of different jams and similar, one sunny side egg prepared in too much oil and for some reason french fries. It is ok to get you started, but nothing very special.

No iron! No room service ! Fridge wasnt cooling enough ! Very small room ! Phone in room doesnt work well.

The location of the hotel is perfect to view the sunrise with hot air balloons up in the air.

The hotel is a bit hidden down a narrow road so I would definitely recommend screenshoting the location on your maps before traveling if you think you might not have internet to look it up, but that's the only downside to the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and sufficiently sized. I slept on the pull out couch while my parents slept in the bed and both were very comfortable. Great location relatively close to public transportation and the Galata tower.

The room was clean, the design modern. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.

The room was a bit small if you are two or have a large suitcase. There were only a couple of hangers in the wardrobe. Bathroom was a bit cold as there was no radiator inside.

I liked the location--on a quiet side street but conveniently close to the Taksim Square area, where I was attending a conference. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The cafe staff were exceptionally cheerful and thoughtful, and the food on the limited menu was tasty and appropriate.

The bathroom in my room was elegant, tastfully decorated, and well-appointed, but would benefit from the addition of more horizontal surfaces--a shelf or a cabinet, and a hook for towels or clothing, as there was no place to put one's personal items. Also, my room had a balcony with a nice view (if you look in the right direction!), but the dead plants in the planter boxes on the balcony rail were depressing. Finally, the hotel's description indicates that there is a roof-top cafe, but it no longer exists. The cafe has been relocated to the basement! (But this cafe does include a small, charming, outdoor patio with cheerfully painted walls, leafy green plants, and cats.)

Hello! Was an absolute pleasure to stay here for the last days the staff is lovely, so so sweet ,helpful and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy when you stay here. Is 5 minutes walking from Taskim metro station and a 15 minutes walk from the University station from where you can get tram to Sultan Ahmed Meydan,Grand Bazar and Egyptian spice bazar . Is clean and nice and has all the amenities for a very very good price. Thank you very much and will be coming back for sure

Honestly I don't have anything to complain. I think the only thing the cleaning staff was moving thing around and I was a bit upset when I did find my pj's on the floor but that's all the rest was absolutely amazing and beautiful
