Nice location within walking distance from the promenade and Taksim Square. We stayed in a spacious apartment with a double bed, single bed, sofa bed and a folding armchair. There was a fridge and a dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested an extra set of bed linen, and it was promptly brought to us. Delicious breakfast: cereal with milk, omelet, vegetables, cheese, olives, nuggets, and apples.

Location is excellent and the facilities are great. Staff was helpful when we had issues with our luggages.

Breakfast needs to be updated and be improved. It does not even have the basics. Very poor breakfast.

Staff!!! They made it 5 star stay for me. They were really hospitable and friendly. Met all my request and expectations. Rooms are very clean. And very close to Taksim square and İstiklal street.

It’s not about hotel but location itself. Not easy to go there with your luggage if you are not on taxi. very steep slope along this street

- i reserved a room with balcony there wasn’t any in the room rather they have a big window the call it french balcony but you can not go out - No front desk or room service after 3 pm,, this is very strange, rather they give you access code to enter the building after hours. Strangely they changed the code without notifying us which caused great deal of inconvenience entering the building until we resolved the problem finally. - The hotel is located on a very steep and long alley, very challenging to walk up to Taksim Square - They are short on staff they need more people to run this nice place

The size of the apartment was as advertised and very spacious and the tv in the living room was a smart tv so perfect for watching Netflix, YouTube etc. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the vibrant Taksim square, malls, shops and metro. Most importantly I loved the fact that the staff was accommodating to bring my breakfast to my room as I had just had surgery plus they all spoke English and were always happy to help.

The beddings were terrible - really old and scratchy and had bobbled all over which set off my skin to react. I would strongly recommend bringing your own bedsheets or buying some in town. Also there were construction works taking place on either side of the hotel which is not the hotel’s fault but made it rather noisy during the day

It was a great stay. The hotel was close to Istiklal Street, Taksim Square and Taksim Metro 5 minutes walk. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and eager to serve us quickly. The rooms were very clean and the furniture was good and very clean. The bed sheets were clean like in my home. The breakfast was very good, although I wished it was more varied. The air conditioner was excellent and worked great, and the internet was excellent as well. The kitchen equipment was also complete, as we did not need anything extra to ask for. Breakfast is poor.

Small but cozy hotel, with really nice employees. Hotel is near Taksim square and Istiklal street, to the tramway statiton is 5min walk.

The warm welcome by the staff Uğur,Elcin, Cem,Büsra,Serhat, Kiymet and Kadriye. They treated us like family. The location of the hotel is five- minut-walk from Taksim meidan and tram/bus station. Cleaning is daily, and the facilities are excellent. It was such an amazing experience. We would definitely stay there next time in Istanbul. Until then we will miss the smiling faces of the staff in Home of Istanbul.

Everything was fine. Since we had an infant with us and we needed a kitchen, it met our needs. Cool staff, cozy place, comfortable environment, etc. were some good points to mention.

There was only one issue. The water heating system was not functioning well. In fact, once a person took a shower, the 2nd person could not take a shower since water got cold.
