I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch, from the luxurious spa to the well-equipped fitness center. The hotel's location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions and excellent dining options. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the level of personalized service. The staff not only remembered my name, but also anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. It's rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail in a hotel. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast spread! There was a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay. In summary, this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the city. The staff is super friendly. A few minor things, like: dirty towel being folded and put back instead of replacing it and the room being just outside the lift and fire exist so was a lot of noise. Luckily - I slept only 2 nights out of 3 there as well as was tired and knackered then other two. Otherwise - would’ve been a bigger issue. But the location is perfect as well! Staff helped out with all that was needed. Only thing there was no shower gel/shampoo and no one properly checked in the 3days that I stayed - but I used my own.

First of all my reservation was standard room but the receptionist upgraded free my room as a Bosphorus view ,that was great feeling and I stayed one night more…Staffs are very friendly,breakfast with great view in Istanbul Bosphorus was amazing.location is center of Taksim…I m so happy with my short trip and many many thanks all hotel staffs .When you wanna travel to Istanbul don’t search any place ,stay in heart of Istanbul the Grand star hotel Bosphorus …Perfect service,great location and amazing staffs .for my eyes hotel is more than 5 stars…I advice to everyone….Don’t think just book and enjoy in Istanbul Grand Star hotel Bosphorus…Many many thanks for all.I wish I will come soon…

The Location is unbeatable. The Room is Always clean. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Other guests might notice every detail in the hotel... but even as a guest in the heart of a metropolis like Istanbul, you have to do without unnecessary things. And you can't give such a beautiful hotel a bad review. I would recommend this hotel. The price is also very interesting.

Nothing everything was OK.

The service was very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the manager Erdem, he can fix problems and make things simple and clear. Behnaz is amazing, this lady is very helpful and very kind. Salma also, she speaks 4 languages which is helping everyone with having a good communication. Serhat is so kind. Btuhan and Hekmat are kind and very nice as well. Faten was smiling with all gustes and trying to make us happy during the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone for staying in Istanbul.

There was no swimming pool. The senk in the washroom. Breakfast time must started from 8 am till 11 am.

Location was very good. Rooms were clean. we booked three room for about a week and staff was very cooperative. I would specially like to mention the girl Pahnaz on Reception was so cooperative and always ready to facilitate with smiling face. She know her job very well, knows english and knows best way to deal customers. we also got free upgradation of rooms with sea view.

The only thing that was not existing and i wish you take it in consideration, there is no plugs beside the beds which was very annoying
