The room I stayed in was good and spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff was good, etc.

My recommendation for the property is to change the pillows because they are too big. 😅

✅️ The location is awesome. Although it is located in the heart of Teksim area, it is very calm and you can enjoy sleeping without any noise. On the other side, 3 minutes walk to Teksim square and Istiqlal street which are popular. It is accessible to Taxis as well. ✅️ The room service was perfect and it was done everyday upon our own request when we were leaving the room. (You have to ask for it) ✅️ Staff are friendly and respectful and help with anything that you need. ✅️ The value for money was also excellent. I hope they continue their service with sustainable growth in quality.

⚠️ Many times we faces HOT WATER problem for taking shower. Since it is very critical for a hotel, I hope they service their water heater packages in order not to fail when they have guests. That is why I reduced one point.

The room was comfortable, and the location was incredibly close to Taksim and Istiklal street, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, promptly fixing a shower issue we encountered. Although the mini fridge in the room wasn't working optimally, it was still a nice addition. We requested daily cleaning, which was done, but I would recommend raising the cleaning standards slightly. Despite initial concerns from some online reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a budget-friendly yet good quality place.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a very good experience overall. The service, area, and cleanliness were all as expected, especially considering the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Murat and Abdelmubin. Abdelmubin even came to pick me up from Taksim Square when I had an issue with a taxi. They always attended to requests promptly. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. It's safe and calm at night, so I had no trouble sleeping comfortably. My room was very clean, and they were happy to clean and change everything daily upon request. Overall, very good service and value for money.

The breakfast wasn't to my taste, but I hadn't expected much. For the price, it's quite reasonable. However, for those who prefer cool air-conditioning even in Winter, this might not be the best choice as the air conditioning is switched to heating during the colder months.

I like the property its closer to everything.

I was very dissatisfied with the service. The staff seemed friendly on the surface but were unresponsive to problems. The main door's locking system was faulty, preventing me from leaving my room unless someone opened it from the outside. I reported this issue to the staff, emphasizing the security risk for my belongings and my safety, but they took no action until I insisted and argued my point. Eventually, they brought in a technician to fix the door, but only after my persistent intervention. Additionally, the room cleaning service was inadequate. They failed to replenish toiletries and fresh towels regularly, forcing me to request them every other day. I found this to be quite unusual.

This hotel was an exceptional experience for me. One of the main reasons for its excellence was the reception team, who were fluent in English, Turkish, and Persian. Especially a receptionist named Amir, who was always helpful, kind, and truly outstanding in his service. If I ever visit the hotel again, I will choose this hotel again mainly because of its reception staff, especially Amir. I sincerely thank the hotel management for having such professional and dedicated employees.

Everything was good, just as I expected. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials. The staff, especially Saleh, were friendly and helpful, and the other two Turkish receptionists were also very nice. I checked out at 12 but left my luggage until 3, which was a lifesaver since it was raining and I had a heavy bag.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was top-notch! The real highlight was the exceptional service, especially from Ali at reception. He was so kind, attentive, and made me feel really welcome. Highly recommend!

.Very well located @ the center of Istanbul, close to cool places and transportation. .Makan is a very helpful and super nice staff guy .Cozy and small and cool environment . Safe environment .I recommend it to cool people that are looking for a good and cozy stay rather than high hotel services.
