The staff was very friendly and answered all my requirements. The place is spacious and can easily accommodate three people, I mean family rooms. The cleanliness was average, but when I requested clean bed linens, my request was met quickly. The air conditioning was great and the staff were respectful. I don't regret choosing it, but I wished it had a beautiful view and an elevator inside. Its location is close to everything, the BIM and the market are on the same street. In general, it is good, but a bit old, but the price, in comparison to the service and location, I recommend it.

I booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was broken and had a broken emergency staircase inside, meaning I couldn't get out to it. It overlooked the skylight, not the street.

The room I stayed in was good and spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff was good, etc.

My recommendation for the property is to change the pillows because they are too big. 😅

✅️ The location is awesome. Although it is located in the heart of Teksim area, it is very calm and you can enjoy sleeping without any noise. On the other side, 3 minutes walk to Teksim square and Istiqlal street which are popular. It is accessible to Taxis as well. ✅️ The room service was perfect and it was done everyday upon our own request when we were leaving the room. (You have to ask for it) ✅️ Staff are friendly and respectful and help with anything that you need. ✅️ The value for money was also excellent. I hope they continue their service with sustainable growth in quality.

⚠️ Many times we faces HOT WATER problem for taking shower. Since it is very critical for a hotel, I hope they service their water heater packages in order not to fail when they have guests. That is why I reduced one point.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Murat and Abdelmubin. Abdelmubin even came to pick me up from Taksim Square when I had an issue with a taxi. They always attended to requests promptly. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. It's safe and calm at night, so I had no trouble sleeping comfortably. My room was very clean, and they were happy to clean and change everything daily upon request. Overall, very good service and value for money.

The breakfast wasn't to my taste, but I hadn't expected much. For the price, it's quite reasonable. However, for those who prefer cool air-conditioning even in Winter, this might not be the best choice as the air conditioning is switched to heating during the colder months.

I was very dissatisfied with the service. The staff seemed friendly on the surface but were unresponsive to problems. The main door's locking system was faulty, preventing me from leaving my room unless someone opened it from the outside. I reported this issue to the staff, emphasizing the security risk for my belongings and my safety, but they took no action until I insisted and argued my point. Eventually, they brought in a technician to fix the door, but only after my persistent intervention. Additionally, the room cleaning service was inadequate. They failed to replenish toiletries and fresh towels regularly, forcing me to request them every other day. I found this to be quite unusual.

This hotel was an exceptional experience for me. One of the main reasons for its excellence was the reception team, who were fluent in English, Turkish, and Persian. Especially a receptionist named Amir, who was always helpful, kind, and truly outstanding in his service. If I ever visit the hotel again, I will choose this hotel again mainly because of its reception staff, especially Amir. I sincerely thank the hotel management for having such professional and dedicated employees.
