The best part was the huge, glass enclosed with sliding glass panels terrace, overlooking Bosphorus and sea. The room was done in an opulent, high level bling, which was very tacky but for a stay of a few days suited the mood of being in exotic Istanbul. Huge room with a couch and a huge bed. Nice and helpful reception guys. Great position in town close to everything. View, views and more views!

Quite run down and in bad need of maintenance. Cabinet door falling off, toilet seat patched with tape, jacuzzi so badly patched up, we didn’t dare to use it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It had a great location, it was close to markets, pharmacies, shops, Taksim square. It was close to metro stations, so you could visit any place without difficulty. Our host was very generous and kind, he helped us with everything without hesitation. If I visit Istanbul again, I would stay there again with pleasure. Also, our room had view on Bosphorus and was quite amazing. At night around 10-11pm it is a bit noisy street, but after midnight it is quite.

Before arriving I sent message to hotel to ensure crib with matress and I said that is main criterion, everything is nevermind just make sure that crib is ok. We came with baby and they brought broken, useless crib. After that, tomorrow they brought another one which was also broken 😵 they apologized, but that wasn't changed the fact that baby slept in stroller for 3 nights. For couples and adults is perfect accomodation, for people with babies, my advice is to avoid.

I enjoyed my stay here at By Mesut Resıdence. The location was perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul, located close to metro stations, restaurants and shopping centres. The owner Servet and his workers were extremely helpful and friendly and helped with all my enquiries with no problems. I will be sure to stay here again when I visit Istanbul in the future. And the price is very fair for what you get. I Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked my whole experience. But it can be abit loud at night because of the number of clubs that are close by.

The location was amazing and the area is safe. It is close to all the main attractions and good transportation links including metro. It is a 2 minute walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street where you can find shops, restaurants and cafes which are open till early hours of the morning. We had a sea view flat which was amazing. We could not get enough of the view. The staff members were amazing Abdulrahman, Furkan, Hanan and the house keeping lady Layla. They were all amazing and very helpful. A member of staff is in reception around the clock and always happy to help.

No kids channels on TV which is not a major issue. Take an ipad if you need to keep your kids entertained while at the flat.

The property is in amazing location, just 2 minutes walking from istiqlal street. And an amazing seaview Apartment so big with loving room and dining area, and equipped with all kitchen utensils, and a washing machine as well. Staff very friendly, professional and very helpful and did their best to make us feel Comfortable! Thank you By Mesut for making our stay outsatnding!!!

No parking .. loads of paid parking around the property But when we turned up Everything was fully booked And no space to park. It was stressful parking our car However the staff was super helpful and even trusted us with his phone to take away with us so we can find the nearest parking lot

Perfect location, perfect view. The room were clean. The team and the owner were so helpful, polite and kind, our stay was better thanks to them.
