The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Mr Cergiz he is very helpful man with a smile he is a good value for the hotel as well Mrs Hidal . The location is just perfect for a walk 1 minutes from taksim Square. Thank you Marble hotel team for my lovely and comfort stay, for sure i will repeat my stay in near future. Guys i really recommend this hotel it was my first stay and not the last, more valuable then 5 stars hotels,

I didn’t find anything i hotel to criticize, just one things during my stay the indoor pool was under maintenance so i didn’t get benefit from since I’m a swimmer

We (myself, my wife, and our 3-year-old son) spent one night at the hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff. At the reception during check-in, Ms. Hilal welcomed us warmly. The check-in process was smooth, professional, and quick. It didn’t take long for us to get our card and head to our room. A special thanks to Mr. Çağatay, who kindly helped us with our luggage and professionally explained how the heater in our room worked. He also provided us with useful information about interesting places near the hotel. We really appreciated the travel tips! The hotel itself was lovely and conveniently located just a short 4-minute walk from Taksim Square. Upon arrival, we received a welcome fruit platter and a warm introduction to our room. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we encountered no issues during our stay. Since it was winter, we were pleased that the room was warm and cozy. There was some noise from traffic, but it was still acceptable, considering the hotel’s proximity to Taksim Square, a popular area for tourists. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Ms. Gülsade, who assisted us during breakfast. She kindly recommended a table with a great view of the Bosphorus. Since we were the first guests in the breakfast hall that morning, we had a lovely conversation where she explained the different dishes served and shared some insights into traditional Turkish breakfast customs. It was a really nice and personal touch—thank you! Ms. Hilal was also extremely helpful during the checkout process. She ensured everything went smoothly and provided us with recommendations for interesting activities near the hotel. We truly appreciated her kindness and assistance. Overall, it was a fantastic short vacation in Istanbul, made even better by the amazing hotel staff. The hotel is in a great location—close enough to walk to the metro and Taksim Square, yet far enough to ensure a quiet and restful night. We look forward to staying there again!

actually located in very good location. Twi minutes far a way from taksim, super markets and restaurants close to the hotel, the neighborhood is very alive and you never boring. I wanna say big thanks to Golsadeh and Enes, staffs of restaurant that are very friendly and also big thanks to Helal and Eda whom works in reception. They helped us as much possible. The seaside rooms are very amusing and gives good energy specially in drink time in the room. Breakfast was very good, hospitality is as a 5 start hotel. Thanks from Booking.com and Marble hotel. We liked everything in Marble Hotel starting from Ms. Hilal is very helpful and caring during our 8 nights stay in this hotel and ask us every day in the morning breakfast time if there are any issues and are we comfortable with the stay or not and that kind of caring was excellent and the other staff from the reception Mr. Tayfun, Mr. Akin & Mr. Gagatay all are very nice people and immediately attend to our needs and we really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The Marble Hotel is just a 100 meters away from the Taksim Square and 200 meters to the Istiklal Street and there is no problem for anything to buy even during nighttime as the streets are very lively and there are many restaurants, stores, pharmacies and shopping are available within the reachable distance from the hotel and that also made our stay in this hotel very comfortable. The Taksim Metro Train, Bus Station and Underground train to Kabatas (to take a ferry to the other islands) are within walkable distance and we could use the public transport for all our visiting places and no need to use the taxis which is save a lot of money. To sum it up, we really enjoyed staying in Marble Hotel during our 8 nights stay and recommend this hotel for family and have seen a lot of family staying in this hotel and noticed that during our everyday breakfast time. Great stay and excellent staff, Kudos to Ms. Hilal and her staff for their super service.

We had a great 10-night experience staying here. A few things that stood out: Staff were super helpful – they helped us sort out our airport transfer and were always around if we needed anything. Breakfast was a highlight – nice buffet with amazing views. There was a good mix of food, and it changed a bit every day which was a nice touch. Room was always clean – housekeeping came daily, and it was always fresh and tidy when we got back from being out all day. Sauna was our go-to – the pool wasn’t available a couple of times when we asked, but the sauna was always open and became part of our daily routine. Great way to unwind after a hot day. The view(!!!) – we had a room facing the Bosphorus and it was just awesome to watch the ships going by every day. Location was super convenient: Close to the funicular to Kabataş and the T1 tram. Metro was walkable too. Lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. İstiklal Street and Taksim Square were right around the corner. Overall, it was just a really comfortable and easy place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

A bit of noise at night – there seems to be a club underneath the building that plays loud music until around midnight. You could still hear it even with the windows shut, which was a bit annoying. That said, it's part of staying in the city center and not really the hotel’s fault. Lift issues throughout our stay – one or sometimes both of the lifts were out of order almost the entire time we were there. The staff did let us use their service elevator, which helped, but it really felt like the repairs could’ve been handled more quickly.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to many cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was clean, bed linen and towels were changed every day. Breakfasts were delicious and had a great choice of vegetarian options. The hotel has amazing stuff as well. Special thanks to the hotel manager Hilal - she was very friendly and helpful, Cengiz - the restaurant manager who obviously loves his job and is super attentive to the visitors trying to help with their requests; and Nihal - the hotel maid who took great care to keep the room clean.

Sometimes was a little bit loud outside due to the location of the hotel in a busy area.

The hotel was in great location, so close to Taksim square and Istiklal. Hotel staff were great and helpful and were in service 24/7. Although I cannot remember all names but many thanks to Hilal, Omer... from reception desk, Yazdin, Nora.... from room service, technician man. Special thanks to Cengiz, Hulya, young tall lady with smile, and the lady with hijab that looked after us during our stay with nice, fresh, delicious foods, drinks and sweets and warm welcome. Thank you for all the wonderful moments you created for me, my family, and my relatives.

An amazing hotel and everything about it is special ~ The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Taksim ~ The room was nice ,very clean and it has all the essentials ~ The bathroom was very clean and has all the basic amenities ~ The furniture is modern and elegant, the air conditioning was excellent, the beds were comfortable and the TV has many interesting channels ~ The hotel lobby is large and guests can enjoy sitting there and drinking tea and juices ~ I stayed with my family for three wonderful and comfortable nights ~ I enjoyed my stay so much and I will definitely return to the hotel next time ~ Thank you to the beautiful, elegant receptionist Ms. HILAL KRAZ for her warm welcome, wonderful smile, cooperation and warm hospitality ~

The room was clean and the hotel had prepared a plate full of fruits as a welcome for us. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had an early check out and asked for a cold breakfast to take away and this was nicely prepared when we were leaving. The location is great, you have plenty of shops and markets within walking distance.

The breakfast is ok, but I was expecting better quality out of Turkish cuisine. Unfortunately the omelette is not included and should be paid extra which the price is not the problem but the quality. I ordered the first day and I was disappointed.
