The hotel is amazing, very familiar and lovely. The staff is superb, lovely and friendly, the prepared a very good surprise in my birthday. There are cats everywhere, very cute all of them. Breakfast fantastic, Turkish food handmade, it was delicious and we enjoyed it one day in the garden. Room was quite standard but not bad. We spent 7 nights and they treated us very good and with care. Thank you very much 🙏

A lot of noise in the night from clubs around during weekend so I had to buy some earplugs. Bathroom a bit dark for make up and our room needed a bit of maintenance, but apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel, our stay was fantastic and I would come back again.

Nice and clean room with friendly and respectful staff. It was a pretty decent experience; we were so happy with our choice and will come back again :)

The only point is that the street slope might be challenging for the elderly to access Taksim Square and walk around.

The breakfast was incredible and sumptuous - something to wake up to every day (there is variety from day to day so you'll never get bored). The rooms were tastefully designed, clean, and really comfortable. Also, Veli and co were helpful and attended to all my needs from ordering fancy takeout to changing my room (I was recovering from a cold and the smoke from the fireplace was affecting me. So I was given a free upgrade from a 1st floor suite to a loft suite on the 5th floor). In terms of location, it's perfect! Close enough to Beyoglu's main street and Galataport, yet also hidden away from the tourist hordes. 100% recommend!

Staff is always available and kind.. The position of structure is strategic. You can go around the city center by walk or if you need public transportation Taksim metro station is very close. The size of room is perfect. Breakfast face every needs salt or sweet.

Cats are typical in Istanbul but sometimes are too intrusive.

There's many things to like about this little hotel in Cihangir but I think what leads the list are the incredibly kind staff and the super delicious breakfast (seriously wonderful and fresh selection to eat and drink with some cute cats in a comfortable lounge/lobby. Also, the fireplace and seating area are wonderful to rest in after long walks and rainstorms). Other things to be thankful for was the perfect location a bit removed from the fray in a great neighborhood, easy access on foot to great restaurants, hammams, mosques, and beautiful views of the city. This is a great place to post up for exploration of the city. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so pleasant!

The hotel and room were both very cozy and homey. I loved how in the reception there was a fire that you could sit next to. The king suite was spacious, comfortable and had a cute balcony. The staff were also so nice. Veli specifically was very welcoming and kind, it felt like we were being hosted by a friend. He offered us something to drink when we first arrived, was so helpful with anything we didn’t know and was just a warm and genuine presence to chat with it really felt like we were his guests. If I’m ever back in Istanbul I would definitely love to stay here again.

The breakfast was included in the cost of our room so it didn’t affect me, but I wouldn’t pay for it, it’s very limited. I think it will be disappointing for a visitor from abroad who may rather pay for a proper Turkish breakfast outside which are amazing.

From the time of my flight from USA till the time I was back in the shuttle to come back hotel staff was AMAZING!!!! The minute you walk in, actually the minute you get of your shuttle, the staff will just greet you with smiles. Not fake ones, genuine smiles like they do care of their guests. This showed up in all their little actions they did. Very friendly!! I would like to name FOULAD (apologies for misspelling) as THE person!!! Hotel is very lucky to have him. His professionalism and courtesy is really unmatched. We were a group of 10 with 3 suites who stayed. He made sure from the airport to back we made it safely. Anytime you call him he is available to help. He arranged some awesome excursions for us within last minutes. Other folks like Murat, Farooq, the kitchen staff, everyone was just GREAT!! Overall I would rate the hotel 10 on 10. Stay, staff, suites, breakfast, cleanliness and above all smiles were all on point!!

Just a suggestion, if they could have a service to take a little elder folks up and down the hill, to and from Taksim square that'll be great!!! The uphill climb is no joke 😀

the hotel is super close to Taksim (2 minutes walking distance), but you should keep in mind that it's a slope so if you can't walk up you will find it difficult. Very convenient to reaching metro/train/bus stops that get you anywhere you want in Istanbul. The room was great, clean and cozy. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always smiling, offering us tea and coffee. Murat, Polat and Roman made sure our stay was as perfect as can be! Breakfast was good and clean. Would definitely come back to this hotel when coming back to Istanbul

We had an amazing experience and service at The Marions Suite Hotel. The managers Elshan and Muret were friendly, informative, helpful and would go out their way to provide the best service possible. Location is amazing as its only a minute away from Taksim Square and a 5 minute walk to the tram. Breakfast was always delicious and everyday had something new to try. Room was fantastic and had eveything we needed for our stay. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to go to Istanbul. We will definitely be booking this hotel again when we return.

- Great staff, very helpful and ready to address your needs. - Nice Turkish breakfast - may seem strange at the beginning when you compare it to hotel chains, but later you absolutely love it (omelet and bread is still there, no worries). - Location: just 1 stop from Kabataş port, so you can easily travel to Asian part of Istanbul or to Prince Islands. Express tram stop is also there - quickest way to get into city center. - Excellent mattress for those who suffer from back pains - Daily cleaning service was excellent

- There is a night club in the building very close to the hotel. A bit of noise at night may force you to close the window. Though it reminded us the good days when we were students and were partying all night long at the club :) - Internet was slow once. But this was quickly fixed by the staff. Don't hesitate to contact them in case of any issues - they will do their best to fix it.
