Rooms are good and cleaned. They are specious..Staff is very good.

Minor flow is that the path from Taksim squire to Apartment has a lot of ups & downs roads and stairs. If you have big baggage, old person, and any other heavy stuff may have to face a lot of problem. The apartment is at the end of the road and have to walk a lot. Taxis are not easily available. GPS location shows the staircase way which is other than road map. I have my kids, baby pram, had a hard time. The beginning of the day where you burn half of the energy just to push trolley and strolling in those adventures roads.

- Location is amazing for those who wants to enjoy the walk and it's close by all public transport. - Very quiet and safe area at all times. - The place is very clean in general and comfy with all facilities working properly and satisfactorily. - Staff are super friendly and speaks English - which is a big thing in Istanbul.

1. Smoke Detector is super sensitive to perfumes that cut off the water heater's gas supply, and staff has to reset it every time it's triggered to again got the hot water. 2. Internet connection is not very stable. 3. cleaning services are available upon request but the cleaning itself is very average and not compatible with the perfect things in the Hotel.

Near the sightseeings and transport stops. Very pleasant and helpful stuff. Great view from the balcony: Bosphorus and Maiden's Tower, ships of all sizes. Interiors looks luxurious. Very good impression at whole.

Door locks and other accessories are a bit dull, need a repair or renovation. Yet, it doesn't make great disappointment. And, there was a climbing experience: narrow street and stairs. Not suitable for car parking

We went there for the second time. The location is excellent, as taking the ferry directly leads you to Taksim Square, where the city center is. If you take the stairs path, you will reach Karaköy and the waterfront, as well as Galata Tower.

The accommodation has many advantages, but there is one sole drawback: in order to reach it, one must either climb over 70 flights of stairs or walk along a very steep slope. The non-German-speaking staff was not as friendly. For example, they only greeted my husband first after he greeted them. I find that unfortunate! This is something you could work on. On the other hand, the Turkish-speaking staff (the Turks) were very nice."

The Personal was friendly and the apartment was nice and clean. They helped us and provided what when we needed something. Thank you Shakhrokh and Younes for being friendly always!

The long and high stairs when you want to take trains M2. For elders it’s difficult to take these stairs. Better take the Taksim Metro through the road side.

The apartment was clean and has very good furniture and was comfortable

It is not suitable for old people because you have to use stairs to reach to the building. They don't Provide tea or water

Location is perfect. Very close to Taksim, Kabotage, shops and cafe. Perfect sea view. Very convenient balcony to have a meal. Pesonal was unobtrusive, calm cozi home association. Very satisfied staying.

It doesn't related to staying and have matters only for disabled or old people. There are a lot of very stip stairs around facilities.

The suite apartments are spacious and have everything you need. They were clean. The staff were very helpful. The location is great and very close to Taksim square or to Kabas dock.

The suite apartments are located at the end of a dead end alley (Ulker st) and most taxis don't like to come all the way to the end of the dead end alley.

The apartment have fully furnished facilities. Recommended for long stay family. The apartment location around 350 meters from taksim square.

Limited parking space.

location was perfect, few minutes on foot from Taksim. The 1 bedroom apartment was really clean, spacious and fully equipped with anything you would need. The staff were also kind, polite and helpful. There was a supermarket 1 minute away from the place for anything we wanted to buy. I definitely recommend this place for your stay.

The only negative thing I could mention is the 5 minutes uphill path to Taksim square, and taxis are not willing to take you to the door because it is not easy for cars to go there and get back to the main street. It was not a real issue for us, but if you have mobility problems, you should consider this.
