We had a good sized room with a view towards the Bosphorus. The location was ideal for us.

While the hotel itself has a lift, people should be aware that there are steps to be negotiated to get to the hotel. The pool is in a strange situation. We didn't see anyone using it for the whole stay.

We had an unforgettable stay at Loop Hotel Bosphorus during our trip to Istanbul as a couple. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – always smiling, exceptionally friendly, and truly helpful in every situation. Their warm hospitality really stood out and added a special touch to our stay. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lively Taksim Square, and in the other direction, you’re at the beautiful Galataport by the Bosphorus. Despite being so central, the hotel itself is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood – the best of both worlds. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view from our balcony overlooking the Bosphorus. Watching the city lights reflect on the water in the evening was pure magic. There’s no doubt in our minds – when we come back to Istanbul, we’ll definitely be staying at Loop Hotel Bosphorus again! Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well located: you have easy access to public transportation, the area is safe for long walks on the nearby streets, it is very easy to get to the tourist districts of Istanbul, the view from the room is extraordinary (you can see the Bosphorus in all its splendor), quick access to restaurants with specialties and more, the port is close to the location. The staff is friendly, helpful and ready to provide support if needed. Mr. Kurban is very open and ready to provide support and make your stay at the hotel as pleasant as possible. And I could write more, but you can discover it yourself :)

I couldn't say there was anything I didn't like that could be mentioned.

We had a spacious family suite with a view of the Bosphorus and two bathrooms. These type of rooms are great when you travel as a family. The staff was friendly and helped to carry the luggage up and down the stairs to the street when we arrived and left. It is correct that the hotel is located in an alley with lots of stairs between two streets. So if you have problems walking, it is not the best place. Some people have complained about cats here. This is normal in Istanbul and you will find cats around most hotels. Bring a pair of ear plugs - that is enough to keep the sounds out from mosques and honking boats that may disturb you. The breakfast was simple but good. The hotel is perfectly located near public transport. Overall a very good stay.

Stayed at Loop Hotel during a 1 night layover in Istanbul. The location is very convenient with loads of shops and restaurants just 10 - 15 mins walk. The staff is super helpful and made sure they helped us carry our luggages and also gave us an upgrade and late check out. The room was nothing short of spectacular, having a big bed in the middle of the room and surrounded with loads of windows which overlook the sea. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection. The private airport transfer that was offered was very convenient and fairly priced. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is located in a very good district and is close to public transport. The area of the hotel located in elite and quiet place, and almost everyone can speak English. The hotel is within walking distance of the tram and metro station. There are staff who can speak English and Russian at the hotel and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, thank you also to the staff for it. Hotel staff were generally very interested whether you are having a good time or any problem and always trying to help at any problem. They had a whatsapp numbers for all our questions and we were able to get any help from there, thus we felt safe. Also the hotel is new, so everything inside is also new. When we come back to Istanbul, we will stay here again. Thank you very much to all staff and we higly recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was poor, cheap fruits juice and filter coffee. They charge extra for espresso coffee at the breakfast.

I had the best experience in this hotel! The location is amazing. Everything is close to you: tram station, port, all the sightseeing places. The hotel itself is like a boutique hotel. Its clean, neat, beds are so comfortable and the view is breathtaking. Definitely worth all the money. Breakfast is good too! Atmosphere is cozy and everyone has something to choose from. Staff is very welcoming too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Definitely will come back❤️

The Loop hotel is ideally located in Istanbul. Just a 5 minute walk from the T1 Kabatas-Bagcilar tramway which connects to all the must-see sites. The Loop is an island of greenery, calm and elegance. The hotel provides exceptional customer service: kindness, advice, responsiveness, efficiency. We had the Suite with breathtaking sea-view. Definitely book sea-side if possible as it makes a big difference. It is simply an unforgettable experience and a great value. The reception staff is elegant and incredibly attentive with a personal touch. Discrete; never intrusive. They provided excellent suggestions all through our stay, including how to best navigate the city, where to eat (nearby Cactus for casual dining and nearby Sur Balik for fine fish panoramic dining.) They arranged entirely for airport transport which was first class in both directions. You pay the fare to the hotel and it is reasonable (45 EUR each way in our case for a Mercedes limo). They communicate by cell (especially on WhatsApp) instantly. The terrace overlooks the Bosphorus and having breakfast there is a privilege. The abundance and freshness of the products offered in the morning are irreproachable: fruits, vegetables, varieties of cereals, different types of cold cuts, large choice of cheeses, salads...It is served buffet style on the terrace in front of the Bosphorus. It was also free in our case. We generally skipped lunch to visit the city and breakfast was nutritious and substantial enough that we could wait until a fine dinner. The rooms offer quality bedding; they are maintained impeccably any time of day. We were going to stay there for 2 nights and we ended up spending six! We just couldn't leave!

Note that the terrace, including breakfast, seems contracted to an outside vendor. The result at the time was that outdoor staff and furniture were not on the level of service and elegance of the rest of the hotel (which is truly exceptional) but they were obviously trying to please and improve even during our stay. Again, the breakfast food itself was great. The pool was not usable when we were there but (1) we did not mind and (2) they were in the process of reopening it while we were there. If it is essential to you, inquire whether it is open before you book.

Our bedroom had best view I’ve ever had right across the Bosphorus. Price was worth it for this alone. I could have stared out of it all day. Breakfast good though some more chopped fresh fruit would have been good, also sweet pastries. Bar area was lovely and staff were friendly. We did use the pool though it’s very small so you can’t really swim in it. Cihangir is a great area and with tram stop at bottom of hill 5 mins away and road up to Taksim Square at top it’s ideally placed for exploring European side and getting to and from both Sultanahmet/Fatih and Asian side via ferry close by. Room was massive and we essentially had a suite all to ourselves so very comfortable. Shower etc good.

Bits of it had an odd feel like the nightclub style area between pool and reception. But think it’s still being renovated?
